The Friendship Song Ver 1

In this age of endless division, this is a song about friendship. My wife and I challenged ourselves to create separate versions of the same basic song. For the other version of this song, please visit • The Friendship Song Ver A .
For this version of the Friendship Song, the following synthesizers and grooveboxes were used:
Korg Drumlogue: All Beats
Roland SH-4d - Bass Synth
Korg Electribe - Pulsewave Synth
Polyend Play - Herzog
This track was recorded in a single-take with zero overdubs. As with many of these tracks, the audio signal was run in the following manner:
The output of the Polyend Play was sent to the Roland SH-4d's mix-in. The SH-4d's output was sent into the Korg Electribe's audio-in. The Electribe's audio output was sent to the Korg Drumlogue's audio-in.. and the summed accumulation of Drumlogue's audio was sent to the Focusrite.
Ableton was used for recording and WAV/MP3 creation only. The video was recorded via my old Samsung android phone. DaVinci Resolve was used to sync the video and audio together.
