Whatever veggies digest well and you enjoy as once you’re deep in the off season you’re gonna wanna avoid them haha, I tend to go for brocolli or courgettes!
Do you eat the same foods/quantity everyday? (Basically, do you follow a meal plan?)
Yes I do pretty much!
