My dream as a disabled adult was to own this trike to get me around my community unassisted. It was for a long time. My inability to make it happen is tearing us apart.i don't want to but I have to give up my pursuit of this dream. I can't help but to cry as I write this. People like me are often priced out of the things we want or need. Money makes life unjust. Every day I ask myself if mine is worth living. My family is why I'm still here.

This fatrike is the most expensive one out there, that much is certain, but there are several other fat tire trike options that are a fraction of this price. Sunseeker makes a model that is much more affordable. Check it out at this link:

They even have a monthly payment plan. I am sure there are used fatrikes on the market too, perhaps on Craig's List, eBay, or through Hostel Shoppe's classified ads. Search around.

Sometimes people buy one of these fat tire trikes and then end up realizing they would rather have a standard tire size that requires less effort to pedal. Whether the trike is expensive or affordable, they all deliver the same enjoyment factor! And if you don't need the big fat tires, used trikes can be had for a lot less money. Don't give up hope my friend! Where there is a will, there is usually a way!

If I get any of the lesser ones, especially from sunseeker , I’d go broke having it fixed all of the time. I would need reliable and reliable is way too expensive . Thanks for hearing me anyway but, I’ve just got to accept that it’s just sadly not in the cards for me. Again, thank you@@EZSteve

I should mention that shipping round trip toy. Nearest shop that works on recumbent trikes is six hundred dollars every time I need something fixed. Where I live in north Dakota I need a trike with fat tires for snow and full suspension for my back and full body chronic pain.

I understand your plight Dan! Where I live there are no recumbent trike shops anywhere remotely close, so any trike business I do must be done remotely, as in your situation. My current trike I bought through Hostel Shoppe in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and I had to pay for them to box it up assembled, and then ship it to me on the west coast. Yes, it is costly, but it is the only option I have (except on my first trike in 2009, which I was lucky enough to buy from a local man who was selling his used). If you succeed in getting a fatrike, you will LOVE it! They are so much fun to ride, and they will go places that normal recumbent trikes cannot ... very useful indeed, and practical in your situation.

I'm sure 😁 also, they'd be perfect for many of the disabled.

I started to watch the drama of the giant again but I guess I'm not as over it as I had thought. It's still to much.

Thanks. At least I'm past the obsession part. Can you believe I actually asked every famous person and charity I could think of if they would be so kind as to fund a recumbent trike for me? I guess I temporarily lost my head.

    Not for arthritic people.

This is a comfortable trike, more so than most recumbent trikes, especially with the fat low pressure tires. But it is quite high to get into.

Boring ass video. Do some technical trails. Let's see what its capable of.

There are many videos out there that show this trike, and others like it, in action. A quick TH-cam search will reveal them. I'll link to three below, but there are other great action sequences also. These fatrikes are far more capable than standard recumbent tadpole trikes off pavement, but with only one-wheel drive, they still fall short. A quad with two-wheel drive will do better than a trike.
ICE and Azub have done company videos here:
      th-cam.com/video/G2bkexHmKSc/w-d-xo.html
      th-cam.com/video/DYZJLsFPKA0/w-d-xo.html
One I did can be seen here:
      th-cam.com/video/OtruCMOFXNI/w-d-xo.html
Perhaps you won't classify those videos, and others like them, with the same verbiage as you have presented here in your comment.
