here in this video i am going to show you to how to make an IR Proximity sensor/Obstacle Detector on breadboard.
Things needed to make this IR Proximity sensor/Obstacle Detector on breadboard :-

1) 1x bread board
2) 1x IC LM358
3) 1x 5mm LED
4) 1x 470E resistor
5) 1x 1k resistor
6) 1x 10k resistor
7) 1x 10k potentiometer
8) 1x buzzer
9) bread board connectors
10) 9V power supply

how to know which one is photo diode and which one is infra led

Oh my God it is not working
I have made same project with same components but..... I have wasted lots of my time during exam ... and today is my submission date.....

I have checked so many time... but LED glow continuesly and buzer creating sound continously without any obstacle....
What should I do...

Try placing your hand between the transmitter and receiver and check if the led turns off....if that is the case then try placing an object between them or move one of them a little bit farther
