Rockhounding & Exploring Peavine Mountain- Silver, Copper, Stunning Views, & More in Reno, NV

In this episode of Solomon's Outdoor Adventures, Becky and Solomon went rockhounding at Peavine Mountain, located just north of Reno. In addition to rockhounding (finding silver, copper, and more), the two hiked around at Peavine Mountain and enjoyed some breathtaking views of Reno, the Sierras, and surrounding areas!!!

I live in Southern Nevada but am making forays into the north. Peavine is now on my list to hike and explore. I think sunset would be incredible up there when the open, grassy areas are catching the last rays of light, outlined by dark forests, and the stars start to appear in the darkening sky.
