@@Fowlware the gay flag is composed of 7 stripes with colours ranging from green to dark blue with a white stripe in the middle (from the top: green-teal-light teal-white-light blue-light purple-indigo). The aroace flag has two main variants, the one you see in the video is one of them. It’s the combination of the Ace flag (from the top: black-grey-white-purple) and the Aro flag (from the top: dark green-light green-white-grey-black). Tho the gay flag you’re referencing is probably the rainbow flag… that one is used to represent the LGBT community as a whole
@@bigdragon7337 I mean, it was still kinda rude to attack us before we were even built. You had a ton of your flags elsewhere. Why did you have to build yours in the same area that we were building our flag in?
@@FowlwareYeah, it was a bit rude. Still, I don’t know if we (r/AroAcePlace) were the ones who started making it or if it was an indipendent event and we joined in to preserve it. The thing is that we really didn’t know what to do at the time. Last year we had a very big and decorated flag, but this year we mostly had 3xX, with the only notable exceptions being two small AroAce pixelarts on the French and Dutch flag. We knew we wanted to do something big, but we didn’t know where. When the canvas expanded to the left, we tried to make a 70x66 flag (I even designed a pixelart to decorate it with), but the giant Pokémon card appeared and our plans failed completely. After that we mostly stuck to the 3xXs. The main areas that drew our attention were the giant painting frame area, both inside and outside, and the far west, near the “Quackity pay the server” sign. There was a clear lack of direction in the group, which I think is why, when someone noticed that there was a Aroace Flag forming near the French flag, we all slowly turned our attention on that. I remember initially I was against that, as I still wanted to make the giant flag on the left side, but after all of my pixels kept getting coloured over, I decided to join the war too. The only justification I really have for why someone decided to make the flag there, is that the Russian flag, when the Aroace one appeared, had been squished to the very left side of the area, so maybe they thought it was going to soon disappear and that it was a free spot… We later discovered that the spot had been given to you by the far right group that made the Napoleonic flag, so you technically were the rightful owners of the spot, but your far right connections on r/place and the flag’s use by far right groups in the real world just gave us one more reason to keep fighting you.
The Napoleonic french flag and the imperial Russian flag were highlighted slightly at the end of the video. 0:56 you can see it was highlighted, its not a fake
In the end, they both didn’t make onto the final Canvas. The Russian Flag was never completed and around 0:56 was pushed back by a combined effort of r/AroAcePlace, r/Trans Place and r/France. The Napoleonic flag was also attacked soon after, rebuilt, and then attacked one last time bringing it back to the plain French flag, just in time for the final canvas. Afterwards, the N was rebuilt, but soon the greyout and whiteout followed and… you could say there was nothing they could do.
So… yeah, the image at the end was faked. It represents what could have happened, a possibility that almost became reality, but never actually did (as I said before, in the true Timelapse there isn’t a single frame in which the Russian flag was complete).

Why were Russians so absent on r/place? This was like nothing compared to other projects there.
Because of geopolitics, the Ukrainians kept hunting down our flags when ever we tried to make any
