Dude I remember watching the GTA SA Bigfoot myth that you've made so many years ago and I was afraid to even watch the whole thing. Now I'm 19 and I just wanted to look back at the videos you made about myths, legends, etc. Thanks for making these type of vids man keep up the good work!

Maybe come back and investigate in TBoGT since the last mission took place there. BTW heard something at 7:47 which sounds to be a woman on an intercom maybe from a distance. My first few times of hearing it made me think it was nearby but it sounds like it's a bit farther than that, could be the subway station but I haven't heard that on this game before.
It's possible a gas canister randomly exploded ( which often happens ) and knocked over the bins, or when you left an area and one area stopped getting fully rendered it might of misplaced the objects when you went back to the area and it loaded back in.
By the way I always find stuff happens in gta 4 when it's foggy, also try taking a look at some of the abandoned factories, not the sprunk i guess as that's too common, perhaps some of the ones where pegorino has deals go down or the dockyard places.
I once visited many quite places in GTA IV, this game is full of sound bugs. Most creepy thing in IV for me are still the School Bus Wrecks plus the swingsets.
Hello Myth Hunter when killing civilians or being hurt in liberty city don't you hear this sorta distored witch laughter i think it's some seagull choking on something but it scares me somes can you check it out?

I was investigating in the TBOGT version and some homeless guy came running from behind me and all there was was Just a fence it’s where that golf club place is and I chased after him he was really fast so I was thinking he was rat man and I lost him at the bowling place when I turned he disappeared
You forgot to mention that the last mission of The Ballad of Gay Tony took place here and since Luis killed lots of Russians, there it might have a connection.
