couldn't miss this one, thanks for the upload.
I can't believe that tow truck driver. The Karen is one thing, but you have to know in that profession that you legally cannot stop and hold people like a cop.
Self-defence is legal, so is evading a kidnapper.
How hard would it have been to ask to check rather than getting all "higher than thou" and demanding it. If someone came up to me and asked, sure, look at the VIN. Should take you 2 seconds to know if they match. But if you force your way into my space and demand that my car is really yours? Screw that, I'm out of there. Common sense loses again.
I carry and if someone did that to me - completely blocking me in with a big truck like that and jumping out of their vehicle to come at me, they would have either been roadkill or been sporting a couple extra holes. Dude in the car was way too nice even talking to them.
@@laryn9953doubt that
Both would have been getting outta the way or run over. Fuck that shit.
Imagine a car company, making the same car with the same color on it. Amazing.
I'll believe it when I see it haha.
AND the VIN numbers just about 4 digits or so apart. What a coincidence🤣.
I had the coincieence of coincidences. Went to a scrap yard for parts for my cop car. They had the same model. To check it was the same year I looked at the VIN and it was the car that rolled down the assembly line right hefore mine. What are the chances.
completely unheard of!
LAST CLIP, JIM PARRISH, GET YOURSELF A LAWYER AND SUE THAT COMPANY. The only reason "2 head people at the company" would call you is to do damage control. Boy, you better get that money... Good luck.
@G.MONEY, you are absolutely correct. That was the "we're begging you not to sue us" call.
Free money for cammer
@G.MONEY Absolutely correct. Proving their guilt will be comically easy (what with the freaking video evidence) and a court case would utterly destroy the company's reputation, so they'll be eager to shower you with cash. Get a lawyer ASAP and don't answer any more phonecalls from them.
What are the damages?
@@B345T1N355Official lost wages, because he said he was working. Punitive, just because.
Last one - unbelievable - I would sue the company and both the individuals as well. Kidnapping for sure. These people had no right and no authority to pull this stunt.
Sue for what? You Americans sure like suing people. Do they teach you that in school? F*ck working for a living, just sue everyone lol
Yup, repo agents don't get to hem up people until after they've made a positive id on the car, not vice versa. Sue the shxt outta them.
6:30
That’s not how you handle a situation where you seem to think you found your stolen car. Thats how you end up bruised and broken…or worse..
And IF it was stolen, what kind of person ( in the car,) would you be dealing with??!! The proper channel would have been to notify the police, not them taking the law into their own hands,
Probably a repo and Karen was a spotter.
Any decent tow driver will tell you that they can't do legally do sh*t unless they can hook the car up.
It's also not how you handle the situation if you are the person being kidnapped. Floor it!
Illegal search and basically made him a hostage. Big time shutdown of that company.
Felony false imprisonment
@@InternetKilledTV21 it literally says on in the video 3rd degree kidnapping 🤣
@@DadeMurphie Im just saying shit kid hahaha
6:25 WOW looks like a fat settlement check from their towing company for false imprisonment, assault, trespass to chattels, intentional infliction of emotional distress.... soon you'll be driving that tow truck, Jim!
You also saw that fat--oh, a fat settlement check.
Use of spouse as a shield!
I would have been out of my car with my phone camera, making sure to get both people's faces, license plates, any DOT ID on the door of the flatbed, and vehicle VIN's. I would have been asking both of their names (which they suddenly would not be willing to give, I''m sure), and taken all that to the Sheriff first, then waited for the charges to hit the individuals AND the company they represent.
1:06
the best part is you can see the cammers green light and then after the spin you can see the RED light that audi driver ran.
i hope the cammer is well and properly compensated for the other drivers stupidity.
Exactly right. There should be some kind of insurance motorists can buy, to take care of paying for the repairs and injuries when stuff like this happens.
7:30 Please contact your local Attorney Generals office and file a complaint against the tow truck company for your job reimbursement. And I’d also look into pursuing charges/suing.
I wish that guy would have followed up on whether he contacted the sheriff to find out if it might be 3rd degree kidnapping (and filed charges,) or if he contacted the company about it, or maybe had a conference call with them. Why wouldn't he do that?
Karen learned today that cars are not the highly individual custom made products she thought... 😂
Hopefully Carmart fired those 2 people. They could have done better.
Nah she fucking the owner she not going anywhere
See their 17% financing APR; this seems par for their course. Bunch of leechy scumbags
Good luck if your car is stolen. No one will stop for you either
Holy cow, take that company for all you can.
Jim was way too chill, I wouldn't have stopped for them. He's lucky this wasn't a setup for a carjacking
Yeah dude i would've floored the shoulder to get around the truck and go to the nearest police station while calling 911 along the way.
Jim likely provoked it tbh
@B345T1N355Official still wouldn't give anyone the right to kidnap you, which is what they could have charged him with for stopping his car. Even if the car was the car they were looking for, which it wasn't, tow truck drivers have no authority to stop a moving/fleeing vehicle. They can't even legally drive off if you're barricaded in the car. They should've called the police if they actually believed it was the car.
@@tier7543 kidnapping requires them to actually move you a location, I guarantee it a DA is not pursuing any charges here, also at least where I’m at the towing company CAN chase you down, yeah so what they committed traffic laws, so did you when you tried evading, Jim is lucky he didn’t catch an evading charge if the towing company was out for his car
I would have pulled away from that tow truck so fast. It felt like you were being car-jacked! Those two were confusing themselves with REAL law enforcement.
It's just how those tow truck operators are, they always think they have more authority than they actually do. They can't legally stop you, even if it is the car they're after. They have to call the police to do so. I would 100% press charges and make them compensate for the loss pf revenue from their ego-trip
The wrecker guy and girl that wanted to see the VIN are lucky to be alive. The guy could have let her see the VIN but he did not have to.
He was waaay nicer to them than I would have been.
Two vehicles block me in and I consider it a threat.
The cammer sounded like a Karen, especially with that American accent. All he had to do was just let them verify his VIN # and they would have been on their way, instead of making a huge deal out of it. Then had the nerve to file charges and cause more problems. Americans are such pu**ies 🤣
@@mikesmith-po8nd 100%. Which is why cammer should pursue this. These people have no right to do this. Hope it costs them plenty.
So you're saying you would have killed both of them? Good luck in prison.
@@pazuzu7119he has every right to protect himself and his property. We call it the 2nd Amendment.. you should read it.
@7:29 Wow! Detaining someone against their will because you THINK the car looks like someone else's car....shady. I hope they were punished for that.
It's technically kidnapping, a very serious crime indeed.
1:23 “Are you out of your mind lady?” I think she was.
Quintessential DWO.
Last one kills me. Never stop for something like that. Back up crash into her vehicle do whatever it takes to get away from those people, Never assume it is some people just looking for a vin or anything, Then sue the fuck out of them if it turns out to be nothing,
@@mvpfocus I wouldn't driven them
@@CoCotheTurtle Thanks for the correction.
1:21 The audacity.....
“Are you out of your mind lady?”
I'm glad that last guy was able to press charges.
Guy who filed charges, when they asked for the conference call it would be with attorneys discussing the lawsuit against them and the attempted kidnapping.
Yeah he shouldnt have been on that call. His lawyer should have been on the call.
1:22 that lady is freaking insane !!! I bet she didn’t even know where the hell she was going 🤦🏻♂️. So quick to blame the cammer.
Some people instinctively blame others for everything. They are never to blame.
Pulling crap like the last clip is a good way to end up looking like swiss cheese if you do that to the wrong person.
5:00 I'd have criminally charged them with false imprisonment.
You didn't like that he charged them with 3rd degree kidnapping? My, you are a stickler!
You would have told the sheriff "We're not charging them with that. We're charging them with this."? Because you know better than he does?
Many years ago, two idiots tried to repossess my car. I'd inherited it, and my late uncle paid cash for it. I told them that.
Nope, wouldn't listen.
So I called the cops.
The morons proudly told them it was the bank's car, and showed them the paperwork. They'd been sent to recover a Buick Roadmaster station wagon, dark green in color, with fake wood trim on the side. (I saw the document, it was very clear.)
Mine was a dark green SEDAN. With no wood paneling to be seen. You can't fix stupid...
And they were AMAZED when they got arrested for trying to take the wrong car from a PRIVATE lot marked "No Trespassing, violators will be prosecuted".
I didn't sue them, because my boss did, and their little 2-truck business had to close. The bank did apologize, though.
7:00 about time line, attempted carjacking. Shots could have been fired.
7:33 I hope you get a fat settlement out of that! 😎
CarMart "dont have to be a prick about it" lmao. Hopefully he was charged and same as the huge lady
What difference does it make how big she was?
@@pazuzu7119 Why are you butthurt over accurate descriptions?
@@silverbackhayabusa I'm not butthurt. My butt is just fine, thank you. I was just curious.
Yeah, I hope that HUGE UGLY lady with the clip board and took forever to read a VIN is charged.
@@pazuzu7119 LOL. Yeah sure. Be less butthurt.
That lady stating that dude's car was hers, wtf?
There were 2 F's in that clip - Mrs and Mr Karen.
Repossession - she thought it was the car that she was repossessing. Obviously the lessees name was Kevin (that's why she asked whether he was Kevin and if it was Kevin's car, and then claimed it was her car). Trying to repossess the wrong car will get you into a lot of trouble though.
Hope that last guy follows through with charges. That's ridiculous. Thank goodness he has a dash cam .
4:59 - When someone tries to detain you and steal your car, you drive away and call the cops. You don't stay there and have a conversation.
Lady claims it's her car, dude should just drove away! Call.cops on these scumbags!
I know, right? Instead of just sitting there and waiting for that tow truck to block him, he should have just tried to drive away.
That last one has major lawsuit vibes.
1:16 I can't wait to hear the lies she tells her insurance. "I was just driving along and she hit me out of nowhere".
That last clip was C R A Z Y!!!!
2:04 I hope that rider checked off the 'organ donation' option on his license (if he has a license).
Guaranteed nobody wants those hand-me-down organs.
2:00 - That was the calmest angry I've ever seen. I applaud you.
I hope that last guy presses charges, that was illegal as hell and they'd be staring down a barrel if they tried that shit with me.
if it' Jim Parish, go to the sheriff and press charges for attempted kidnapping/hijacking and sue the company, and all individuals involved.
if it'
0:09 “Wooo ooo! Glad I wa’n’t behind you.” That guy was great.
But that is stupid. If he was behind him, nothing would have happened. If he was in front of him, he would have been hit.
@@CoCotheTurtle Dang it, my sarcasm is too subtle sometimes.
@@CoCotheTurtle Glad he wasn't behind the guy who got hit.
@@CoCotheTurtle
He pulled up behind the car in the middle lane. If he had pulled up behind the car in the left lane he would have been hit! That's what he was talking about when he said "behind you".
1:30 that lady needs to have her license tossed. Zero awareness, lying throw her teeth about the accident, baseless accusations.
She is the kind of person who should not be on the road.
7:30 Time for the dude to get paid.
Hope the tow truck gets the book thrown an him , the lady too, could have been a REAL bad situation if the camer had a sidearm and decided to defend himself, and yes those two would have been at fault ya know "Kidnapping" and "Self defense"
Glad to see the Internet Tough Guy still has no brains in the comments
1:35 Infuriating someone can deny the obvious fact that they ran the red. Good thing for dash cams.
Insulting up to asking if the victim have a license... Disgusting.
2:05 Donorcycle
Not sure there'd be enough left to donate at that speed.
Driving like that is fun, but eventually they will become road pizza
2:15 going fast enough that we he hits something he'll end up being smear on the pavement
7:29 you should haven't stopped at all. Soon as the big truck stopped,, hit the gas and go around them, make a bee line for the nearest sheriff's station and if they gave chase then they'd had a whole lot more to deal with. Also this why people are armed, to help prevent idiots from trying to steal your car with you in it
2:12-I agree with that statement 100%.
That last clip just totally blew me away……
2:06 That looked like the Isle of Mann TT motorcycle race. The guy was going crazy fast!!!
Not really. The wide angle of the lens just make it seem faster....LOL.
No faster than 110-120mph
Dashcams sure are a blessing
Good on that last vid, was thinking that was borderline false imprisonment.
2:05 future organ donor perhaps?
theyd be all mushy, and the brains defective...
May not be enough left to donate.
You' have no idea how slow that feels on the bike, not particularly dangerous when the senses are not dulled by music, phones, fluffy dice and pillars as they are in a car.
@@poruatokin Just tell my you have "organ donor" on your driver's license!! I'm hyper careful when I ride because I know people in cars aren't looking for me!!

I'd love to see some follow-up on that last incident. Those two idiots should be charged and sued into bankruptcy. 🤡🌎
2:15 going fast enough to lose your life & injure others .. I hope the cops catch him 🏍️ 🚓 😳
Jim your first stop was the sheriff, the second stop should have been any lawyer's office.
7:25 Repo man tells cammer to watch his language and then proceeds to cuss like a sailor! I would press charges on principle alone!
That last one, those people are really lucky dude wasn't carrying. You trap someone like that, block him off from retreat, then jump out and come at him. He'd have been justified to fear for his safety and could have drawn on them.
The last one. Wouldn't a quick check of the licence plate have sufficed to see if it was the car they were after? If those two didn't get fired I hope they damn well got SEVERELY reprimanded and re-educated.
Plates are quite easily changed.
And if you aren’t police, you can run that check. Only the vin for them. 🤦🏽♀️
*Was Jim Parrish driving some extremely rare car that only Karen could have 'owned'?*
I would have told them to EaD and just drove around them.
I'm thinking there just aren't too many cars equipped with a Pokemon.
Did that last incident happen over a year ago? If so, what was the outcome (if any)? Or if not, is the date wrong (in his previous clip, it was set to 2018)?
2:10. ER nurses call them “donorcycles.” There’s a reason.
Nothing to donate at that speed
@@paullake1114 yep just fine red mist and goo
5:52 I would have been in fear of my life and probably would have taken action to defend myself. What they did was dangerous and scary.
2:05 Clearly wanting to get a wooden overcoat before anybody else - though if he hit anything at that speed, there wouldn't be a lot left.
That is true. I noticed all of those parking lots on the left, and if he had crashed, they would have all been gone.
1:05 really pissed me off. I promise not all Audi drivers act like this.
Unfortunately, a high percentage of them do drive like that. Paints all Audi drivers with that a-hole brush.
Basically anyone who has the mentality to want to own an Audi is basically an a-hole already.
Imagine that, an automaker made more than one car...
Hahaha!
1:30 - The audacity of some people.
1:17 She's obviously lost because she drove into the wrong country. Hopefully she finds her way back.
Should be MANDATORY jailtime for all hit n runs. MANDATORY!
And for the ladies, WOMANDATORY!
1:11 no wayy she said the person wit the dash camera hit HER. THE LIGHT IS STILL RED😭😭😭😭😭😭.
It's what happens when autistic people get drivers licenses
@1:20..... They never take accountability.
Worse: they accuse the other, questioning if they have a license. I think this attitude should aggravate the initial driving problem: revoking license, maybe jail for lying and accusing their victims.
0:56-Got that nice expensive Vulcan S seat. Nice!
I have a white Honda Accord. I put a stuffed animal on the dash so I can determine it's mine in a parking lot. There's usually about 20 of them that look exactly like mine..😁
It looked like some kind or animal or something yellow on his dash.
6:10 pretty sure that qualifies as kidnapping. Unlawfully confining a person.
1:08 the amount of time i've seen women lying like that right after the accident is insane
Tons of people male and female do it. It's called not taking responsibility.
Reminds me of that show House where he says everyone lies. Ain't that the truth!

@@gregoryjohnson9733Haha, indeed.
I wonder if anything is in the news on the Keran CarMart that got fired and is facing kidnapping charges. Also, the tow truck driver should be fired and blacklisted for his aid in the attempted kidnapping too, lets see how much work he can get
1:06 Cool that, instead of turning, the Porsche Macan on the other side of the street backed up and waited for you to deal with the situation.
Last one I’d have sued to high heaven. Not much would set me off, but following me and then holding me hostage illegally? That’ll do it.
I agree. If someone holds me hostage legally, I am fine with that. But they really cross a line when they hold me hostage illegally.
@@CoCotheTurtle lol good one!
I remember my first sharp curve on a motorcycle. 😂
Well, you don't need a motorcycle... Reminds me of a trip with our bycyles, where my school buddy suddenly "left the street" into a field of nettles. Stopping a bycycle doesn't work with your feet up, so it was a a fairly painful matter... 🤪
Apples to oranges.@@rome0610
he should be owning that tow company by now
This last clip is unbelievable. Thankfully the situation clear itself, but I’m afraid to imagine if Karen or the idiot of the tow truck had a gun. Imagine thinking you have a right to search and harass someone just because you can’t identify your car. Crazy.
See... The deal with the tow truck and the lady could be construed as attempted carjacking. In some states it is legal to use deadly force against carjackers.
Carjacking lol Could have been a mistake by the company and mistook the cammer's car for one that they were trying to repo. Not everyone is a criminal, looking for their next victim. Couldn't imagine living in a country where I'd have to be afraid of everyone around me.
Except that he already told them it was his car and they FORCED him to stop and let them check it out. Thus the kidnapping charge. It could have just as easily been a carjacking.
@@franktanner6278 Do people usually own up to being in a stolen car? They were wrong to stop him (although it certainly did not meet any sane threshold for the use of force), but there's no reason to believe someone you suspect to be in a stolen car when they tell you it's theirs..
If they thought the car was a stolen vehicle, they should have contacted the police.
4:58 These two people's lives are obviously worth less, to them, than this car. They chose to stop and detain (Kidnap) an innocent motorist. They have never heard of Police Officers Or chose not to involve them. They both could have been deleted if this kidnapped driver was in fear for his wellbeing and just snapped. They think they're Batman & Robin....until something changes that.
2:09 -- One Darwin award, coming up!
I have so many questions about that last one.
How did they track him? What... they just happened by, with a spare tow truck?
Sooooooooo much dodgyness.
My guess? They were camping out at an address given by someone who took a vehicle for a test drive and never brought it back, or took out finance and never paid up. Cammer happened by in a vehicle of the same description.
@@Monkeh616 yeah... has to be something like that.

A video capturing a close call that thankfully didn't end in an accident, serving as a reminder of the unpredictable nature of the road and the importance of being prepared for anything while driving.
Neither of them would've got that close to me....
Legally, the cammet would have been wrll withing his rights to defend himself. They do not have the legal authority to hold anyone against their will, or accost them. Tow truck beta wouldve got the sauce.
How did you become a lawyer with spelling like that?
Cammer pulling out a weapon in that situation instantly becomes the bad guy.
I am guessing the tow truck alpha was the driver, and the tow truck beta was the woman, who together kidnapped the cammet.

Holy SMOKES, that CarMart vid had my blood boiling!!! I've heard those kinda scumbags can be pretty aggressive, but I didn't think they would so ignorantly break the law like THAT! Hope everybody got a nice trip to the local joint, and the business investigated and maybe even shut down. GRRRR!
