My I ask what is the timeframe of this vlog. I plan to visit Kyoto around 1 st of November and wonder if the leaves change the colors or not. Thank you and I enjoyed your clip very much
Sorry for late reply! I had been to Rurikoin last Novenmber 26th. Usually, the best time to view the autumn leaves in Kyoto is from middle November to early December. So 1st of November is little early but I believe you can see some beautiful autumn leaves plases (I think this Rurikoin is one of them). I've done a little research on the places that have best time in early November. Please refer to below if you like.

Rurikoin is not open to the public, but is open to special visitors by reservation only in spring, summer, and fall. Reservations should be made two months in advance usually. You can find the reservation start date on the official website. Next is spring!!
