Following up with the rest of the commenters. Will the RS be able to run full E85 with the fuel rail alone? Looking for both valve washing and no longer having to mix fuels.
hey, im installing the same system on a focus rs and i have some problem running to the fuel line and confusion on where to connect the return fuel line as well.
It's a returnless system so you just need the one line. Instructions here. www.stratifiedauto.com/Stratified%20Downloads/Stratified%204-Port%20Aux%20Fuel%20System%20Installation%20and%20User%20Guide%20-%200204-0024.1.pdf
Hello . the map for the injection is in the box or it is necessary to be even the ecu with a software provided in the pack because how to know of how much it is necessary that they inject at such time table map injection a video on the map will be cool
Alex, I noticed some differences in the graphs between "2-port" and "4-port" on the website for this. Is that talking about the differences between the V2 kit and the 4 port or between your 4 port and somebody else's 2 port? I'm looking at buying one of these systems to help clean the valves (and get a little more power). Is there somewhere I could see the differences between the V2 kit and this? What are the pros/cons of each? Thanks!
Hi Kevin, the 4 port has a better fuel distribution (inevitably) and suffers from less wall wetting than the 2 port. For running ethanol, the performance between the 2 is comparable u to around 475whp or so and then the 4 port can deliver more fuel beyond that. If you want to run pump gas and aux fuel all the time I recommend the 4 port as with the 2 port the less precise injection on pump gas alone means on direct injection you have a performance advantage. This is not the case with the 4 port. Hope this helps.
It does, thanks! One more question. I have an E85 station near my house, but would prefer not to have to measure and worry about getting exactly E30. If I bought this 4 port kit, plus a flex fuel sensor, would you guys be able to do an ethanol compensating tune based on the ethanol content? I really like the idea of having a half a tank of 93 in and being able to just fill the rest with e85 if I want to get a little more power for a fun drive. Is that possible? Thanks again, btw I already am tuned by you guys and loving it!
Silly question, will the work for the ecoboost on fusion and 4 cylinder ecoboost taurus? Just trying to keep the engine running long. Side question, will you have a kit for other direct injection vehicles?
I know some people ran it on the fusion. Haven’t heard about Taurus. You have to have a way to tune the stock ECU to adjust for the additional fuel from this kit.
hey guys! love the video, I'm thinking of going e85, (due to my terrible number on the dyno) did you guys have to purchase a high pressure fuel pump ? or did it come with it ? thanks !
Being from the rust belt where wiring problems are a constant threat from corroded connections. Seeing wire taps like that makes me cringe so freaking hard the joker laughs at me!
No way on gods green earth would i be using those dogshit scotch lock type connectors, why wouldnt you use proper connectors or backprobe the coil plugs. Proper yeeehaw. Also why the fuck did you take the scuttle off just to remove the neg terminal lmao
Realy nyce, a Motor that is Bulshit out of Factory getts tuned that it is damaget much faster than it would be in Original Condition. wish you much funn :-D
There’s a fuse puller In the engine bay fuse box
So can the engine cover go back on or is that a fat no? Thx.
next time you take off the wiper arm, just push on the hinge part, down toward the windshield. pops up immediately
Thanks for the tip!
Does it matter how the injector harness is ran? I didn’t see in the instructions if there was a sequence.
It does not as it is batch fire.

Poketroid pretty sure the fuel pump will also need to be upgraded to run straight e85

Do you know where I could buy the gasket bracket from? I lost mine.
Will the 4port work for a st?
ryan zimmer yes

Hi yes you will need to tune the controller based on boost pressure and engine speed and then integrate this with the OEM ECU Tune.

What is this supposed to do? More power?
Once you reach the limit of the OEM direct injection system this adds fuel via port injection.
torque pattern should be inside out not outside in
With that kit u can run e85 rigth ??
Yes and yup I will need a tune.
is there a video of results of
Rene Arellano yea, it is on my channel on the dyno
Great fucking video!
Just use mustang 1700cc injectors they got tunes of parts
They don’t provide nearly as much fuel as aux fuel does.

Di electric grease. Don't be scared

my brain exploded when i read your comment =*(
am i the only one who absolutely hates the plastic taps? and they look cringe as well, ill be soldering mine lols
Soldering is always a good option. Just make sure the solder joints are solid.
One comes loose while doing a pull. Ain’t gonna be good lol
