Gisele, The lake doesn't appear green because it's winter time in Poland; it will return to its usual greenish colours during the period from May to September. 🙂
Unfortunately it doesn’t cover the ride across the German border. You would have to go to Angermunde with the train and then switch to Ersatzverkehr Bus to Szczecin. Flixbus or PKS (national polish company) would be more comfortable and the tickets one way would be under 20€
