Thank you for your tips & info about spices and recommended storage. I buy my whole spices in bulk and store them in Mason jars with an oxygen absorber to increase storage life. I replace the absorber when needed.
Hanem Alhamdan This is a problem with garlic and onion powders with no free flow additives. Best option is to simply keep the pack well sealed and make sure it is kept away from humidity. If it is starting to klump a little you can very easily crush it up and if it is within its best before date ii will be perfectly okay to use.
