Truly one of the best panel discussions that I've seen in a while, and I was engaged the whole time. Great input from the panel, with a clear flow of discussion. Recently, some of the panels have felt like watching people waiting to give their reading of a script but here, the flow is very natural. What stands out to me the most is the host, Joshua Graham. Stellar display of knowledge and contextual understanding, but also actually engages with the panel. Doesn't talk over the other contributors and effortlessly steers the conversation in a fashion forward way. Sometimes there is a lot of disconnect when watching these panels because the host has their own agenda or following what they believe to be the overarching narrative but Joshua allows the conversation to explore tangents if needed all the while subtly bringing it back on track to discuss the next topic. Couldn't stop watching and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the panel have as much fun with each other as possible. Hope to see Joshua host more discussions in the future!

First Showstudio panel I’ve watched all the way through in YEARS. I was a huge fan of Lou’s panels but this one was amazing. Great topics and hosts were enjoying themselves and very educated. Good points!

The point Bimini mentioned about how society hasn't caught up with the evolution of drag is so good. It really drives home the fact that society is this changing and evolving thing and it takes these seeds of revolution to really push the course of society forward. I can now just see our era of life right now being talked about in histories of the future of how things came to be what they will. 10s, really great, a very good watch. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

To be a man is to do whatever tf you want. I think that is our sex appeal or superpower, maybe a bit of our achilles tendon...but the men who tap into that form of rebellion have always been revered as great men. Menswear has widened enough that it may feel like it's queer or feminine but it's actually the most masculine form of expression...to not give a fuck. Also as a gay man we also are now sharing the word queer with the straight community. Masculine men are considered...a lot of things right now both good and bad (dangerous depending on what woman you ask) so that relationship with traditional forms of masculinity is also being redefined. Like miss mamas said, masculinity is Prince and Bowie AND James Bond and Basketball as well.
As far as the collections so far it almost feels like the great menswear that came out of the 2010 era of men's fashion (specifically Lucas Ossendrijver at Lanvin). Menswear can be elegant or beautiful but extremely functional and purposeful as well. The clothes felt less fussy and made to be worn all year round almost which is great.

i was just saying IRL I’m seeing a lot more men dressed as “men” in the heteronormative standard way of dressing

these panels are wayyy too young. Joshua picks a horrible panel that isn't diverse in age or fashion background and the lack of knowledge from the panelists due to the lack of experience really shows. Young people are very important but we need people with breadth of experience from their age, and that different point of view. Please bring back mimma
