2004 USA Isuzu turbo diesel on NPR suddenly lost power on road. I pulled the fuel filter. It was just above one-half empty of fuel. I changed the fuel filter and filled it up before installing but did not adequately bleed the air. I'm no mechanic. : ( After much cranking finally the engine started back. Seemed okay and drove okay. Then later a few hours later died once again. This time, the fuel was about half way drained from the filter also. But now I cannot get the truck to start. Any help appreciated.

Hey brotha! Check banjo bolt fitting at the bottom of the lift pump on fuel supply line to the prime pump from the fuel tank first. Banjo bolt has tiny screen inside, which over time gets clogged up. Most likely that's your problem. I saw it happened on Isuzu diesels before, exactly matching symptoms your described.
