@HowCouldYouu cell ex pa is a f1 anti air and a f4 full invincible move that does not only give you mix but is a tool your opponent has to fear even while it's their turn. The slightest gap can lead to me using ex pa and that is a tod starter. In my case I can tod you with 0.75m start. Not saying that hit's stance isn't a great ex move but it isn't that versatile, thus I'd say cell pa is better overall
