It is fr the worst counter ever. Should work against any Ki blast type imo, and then always guarantee a hit unless an evasive is used, and either deal good damage that can’t be comboed into or deal smaller damage but give time for a combo.

Seeing Breaker Energy Wave again reminded me of some buffs I think the move could use.
1) Bypass the effects of souls like "die my hand"
2) Ignore armor like Divine Kamehameha does
Considering that move was used to blow right past Frieza's beam and "finish him" in the show, its only natural for a move that is locked until the opponent's nearly dead to pretty much guarantee a KO if you land it. Plus, I think it'd give the move a great niche since those 1 HP survival souls are so annoying, esp. on Namekians.

A funny thing I like to do is to alternate Dodon Ray + Crazy Finger Shot
It is _very_ infinite (Imagine it with the old CFS that took like 1/5 a bar of ki if you don’t hold it)

you should try a support build and use it in duo/trios!
moves would be all support based, such as Kai Kai, wall of defence, Hero's Flute, Towa's healing field, etc.
you should use super souls that buff you/teammates when you revive players or that one tapions flute super soul

Ki cancelling and spamming are two different things those are valid complaints cause ki cancelling is cancer. Spamming is annoying too, but it’s more predictable

• Jumping Kamehameha (or whatever its name is)
• Android Rush/Gravity Impact (that Cell move)
• Burst Charge/Any Ki-gaining Super (like Divinity Unleashed, I think)
Ultimate Attacks
• I prefer either Breaker Energy Wave or Special Beast Cannon, but you could also try with Meteor Explosion or Burning Strike
• Ice Cannon (if you wanna freeze people to try to guarantee the Ultimate finisher landing)
Evasive
Any viable evasive will do-the evasive isn't a key aspect of this "combo" build.
