Acoustic cover version of the Deep Purple's song Child in Time by Stary Olsa band, played on medieval instruments, for 'Legends. Live' TV show.
STARY OLSA is a medieval music band from Minsk, Belarus. It was founded in 1999 by its present leader Zmicier Sasnoŭski. It takes its name from a brook in Belarus. Stary Olsa has released 10 studio albums and 3 live albums of traditional tunes from the Middle Ages and Renaissance. Popular European dances, rowdy Slavic drinking songs, and epic tales of knights and victory, all performed exactly as they sounded when they were written in the 13th-17th centuries. Stary Olsa use current line-up which includes bagpipes, flutes, shawms, lute, rebec, tromba marina, and percussion (including wooden shoes!), with front man Ales belting out vocals in Belarusian.

Very good ,but it'll never compete with the original. I was particularly impressed and extremely captivated by the gorgeous flutist. Her playing was so good, it could have made a great solo version. Did I mention how beautiful this young woman is? Stole my heart.
