quadruple guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT), which includes simultaneous treatment with an angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI), beta-blocker, mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist (MRA), and sodium glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitor (SGLT2i) in patients with HFrEF (heart failure with reduced ejection fraction)

I found this helpful as my spouse was just diagnosed with LV anterior ischemia and a mildly reduced EF of 51%, Global was 17%. The stress test found other abnormalities as well. abnormal septal to basal something. It said it was a moderate area of abnormality. Shes always fatigued, a bit sick feeling and bed ridden. Shes also diabetic. Im learning alot watching these vids. She has an appoint with the heart specialist on May 28 and Im curious what she should expect? Any ideas guys?

Seems like you pushes pharmaceutical, and not improved nutrition and exercise. Those pharmaceuticals can take a toll on one’s quality of life, if one does deal with improving their life styles.

Oh stop. Heart failure isn’t going away if you eat more vegetables. These therapies are needed for the vast majority of patients

I have some bad news for you. Your blood is neither blue or red. It's actually pink with purple dots. Glad I could help.
