My mother died 30 years ago at the age of 44 with hypertension, heart failure, diabetes and kidney failure. I was diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes at 25, but I reversed it in 2 years and have been off meds for 30 years. It was dietary changes that healed my conditions.

Thanks for the detailed info. My wife has had surgery for removal of Calcium Oxalate stones. She has worked very hard to decrease the level of oxalate consumption from vegetable sources and add calcium rich foods to bind with oxalates and has had great success in keeping further stones from growing/forming. I have found two things to significantly reduce my blood pressure. When I drop all of my carbohydrate sources (except salad, cellulose...) then my BP levels drop from ~125/75 to 160/68 and do not rise in a relaxed state unless I start eating carbs again. Another way to drop BP is long duration zone 2 exercise, say 2-3 hours. That lasts for about two days. What is true for the heart and kidneys is true for the eyes also. I am keeping my daily average glucose at ~90 mg/dL because I find that my right eye vision blurs at higher levels. CGMs are great for monitoring this metric. No more chocolate for a while. Also the eyes need a spectrum of colorful vegetables for health.

Thank you! I was diagnosed with heart failure 2 years ago and why my cardiologists never covered this explanation I'll never know. They seem too busy to explain anything.

Hope every doctor becomes a nutritionist as well like this doctor to reverse diseases by advising proper nutritious diet. A big salute to this doctor 👏 🙌

I 've watch a lot of kidney videos trying to get to the bottom of my condition, and by far, the way you explain it was so powerful. I reversed my CKD essentially doing what you've stated. I've had high blood pressure since my teens. I was able to get the systolic number down, exercising but then, diastolic was always above 90. Medications never worked, and i found out that most of the medications are for the systolic number, not the bottom number. . Doctors dont take the bottom number seriously. They just say, some day you will eventually need medication when the top number goes up. But the meds never worked on me. (or my father). Now I've reversed my stiff heart, I have normal blood pressure now, no meds, just diet diet and exercise.

man said he went on carnivore diet and got off dialysis

  • @dragonwithagirltattoo598

Thank you doctor. I wish I had known of you while my mom was alive. She was on dialysis with heart failure. Her heart stopped two different times during dialysis. I don’t feel that I had enough information about the correlation between the two at the time. Seems like her kidney doctor just wanted her on dialysis but didn’t teach us a thing about what she could do to try and reverse the disease. I hope this video helps people going thru this now.

People with a genetic tendency or history of calcium oxalate kidney stones, should be careful with vegetable smoothies as vegetables can have a lot of oxalates, which causes kidney stones. Spinach, beets, rhubarb, raspberries, chocolate, and soy are especially high. Soaking vegetables overnight removes some of the oxalates.

"Just wondering, are you a functional medicine physician? It sure sounds like it. As a health coach, I often recommend that my clients seek a second opinion from a medical doctor who practices functional medicine. If you don't practice functional medicine, that's great too, because it means there are MDs who focus on healing as well as treating symptoms

This only 17 min. Video is so critically important, it can save thousands of lives.

This is helpful for my 95 year old grandmother, whose legs and ankles are tight from water retention and the CHF and years of the medication effecting her kidneys.

Thank you doctor for caring for God's creation🙏🏼🤗

These are my favourite videos. When he has a panel on, the message seems to get lost and confused. He’s obviously the one with 100% of the knowledge and ability to disseminate it in a clean way.

I have stage 3 ckd & had diastolic dysfunction 10 years ago. I exercised and ate right & reversed the DD. Still in stage 3. On blood pressure meds. Blood pressure is good. Have gained 30 pounds & now not eating right. This just helped me so much! Thank you!!
