- Sometimes, things just line up for you. Not only was I greeted with a surprise on my drive to the coast, but once I got there, I was blown away by the amazing conditions.

Incredible photos as always. You are a photography hero of mine. As I watched, it made me appreciate how many times you walked down a trail, only to turn back and get the camera. Or drive away, only to have to turn around and get the camera again. I want you to know, it is not missed. I appreciate the effort you put in to make a video for everyone to enjoy. And then your photos are amazing! A salute to you Nick!!

So glad to see the fast shutter shots. Long exposure of dynamic waves is almost obligatory these days, and so cliched. Well done for showing both.

Beautiful shots - land and sea! Living on the left coast always amazes me that you can be in the snow at one moment and then in a short sleeve shirt taking in the ocean and it's wonders an hour or so later. SoCal has it's wonders too, but need to get on the road up to the NW again soon. Thanks for taking the extra time and effort to give us all the full experience of your trip.

Thanks, Nick! And thanks for stopping by Central Oregon. With a winter storm warning for the next couple of days we will have plenty of opportunities to shoot images with snow and it was good to get a reminder of how to approach these. Also, thanks for these images of the Oregon Coast. They are from an area we just recently discovered and now have plans to return there often. These videos are so helpful! Both the ideas on composition but also insights on how to set up the camera for post processing. It was your early work on the Oregon Coast that got me watching you on TH-cam. Though there are other good TH-cam photographers out there, it is most helpful when you are able to view work done "in your own backyard." Looking forward to more!
