This was so much help and very clear now thank you so much! I’ve been putting my studying off because it’s been so confusing and I’m a visual person big time so seeing this and explaining it has me excited now to get back on it. I needed this thank you! I will be closely following!
I need an explanation of why particular muscles are over or under active, I can just look in the book to see which muscles are classified as over or under active.
Plz do a vid on anything else you think came up a frequently on the test, mine is 9 days and I’m stressing hard bruv. This vid was an awesome visual representation!
Hamstrings can be Over and under active because when the glutes and core are not doing their job as stabilizers the hamstrings has to pick up the slack causing it to be overactive, but also we don't strengthen the hamstrings via exercises a lot of the time and sit on them all the so they are also weak, which can cause the combination of both issues.
@@nomadic3527 No the test is very difficult nothing I studied was on the test :P I am going to try again after this pandemic but it's seriously almost a joke.
@@PattiLaBarbie damn Patti. Sorry to hear this. You got this tho 💪 lmk how you do. Keep studying your ass off. I takes mines in 2 weeks. Let's get this cert Patti
Fuck Yeah!! This is awesome. I'm gunna take the exam soon, and I've been shitting my pants. (Even though I've read the entire book, and studied like a maester from GOT)
oh man, I had a problem with the knee valves for the longest i had a personal trainer who would get pissed at me for this and no matter how many times he would tell me knees behind toes I just didn't know wth he was talking about :') now look at me becoming a PT luckily i don"t have knee problems!
