I like your dash. Mine is just the black plastic. I bought some nice vinyl to wrap it, just haven't yet. My air dryer is just leaking now, not enough to stop build up of air. But is leaking
Hey vic, my air dryer doesnt leak so bad that I cannot move the truck, but it does have a slight leak constantly. Should I just change out the whole assembly? 2003 volvo 660
@@vicmed6088. Not trying to be rude but air dryer assembly's don't fail there subsystems do. But mechanics with poor information replace them because they can't properly diagnose them.
I see what you did there vic, you are bypassing the air dryer! Its not recommend to do that for long but in California where it doesn't get cold you won't have any problem, if it was the Midwest that could freeze your brakes.
Im going to try this tomorrow! I watch you other video and changed out my Govener {Black top } unfortuantly. After words my air is still slow to build up. So im going to bypass my dryer to see if my dryer thats the problem. i changed out my filter that sits on top of the dryer as well still same results. But im going to try tomorrow

for this kind of air dryer,i recommend to buy a new air dryer,fleet pride has them,brand new not rebuild for $200.00,which is a good price,cant beat that price,thanks for tunning in and good luck

Just replace the purge valve, easier than doing all that
Do you know by any chance what size that hose at the bottom of the drier is? I need a fitting for it

yes ,changing out the buttom of it,at times it doesnt fit right and you have another headache,be save and change the whole thing,good luck

That's why you should purge your air tanks everyday
I got a big leak on the bottom lost all air pressure....... Its hard to take those two parts off to by pass help me out im stuck right now....
