Excellent video, your a great teacher. You just earned a sub. Owners today need to learn to do more of their own maintenance. I was very busy and paid to have my filter changed the last time I changed it. I paid almost 400 dollars for filter and labor
How about a video on alcohol evaporator install and maintenance, that would help a lot of people in areas where they get freezing weather ! Thanks for the vid, Be well!
I replaced mine watching this video BUT!! using the brake clean to clean the whole air dryer damaged my purge valve, so I had to buy a new OEM purge valve. now it's working great. So don't let the brake clean get inside the purge valve, or better yet remove the purge valve then use brake clean. The OEM purge valve cost over $200. the after market one from Amazon cost $25. but I don't trust cheap parts for something that involves a tension spring and taking a chance of getting stuck in the middle of nowhere.

Would you recommend switching that style to the spin on filter system? Where you don’t have to disassemble the entire unit?
Is that a bendix part? What’s part number?
