    Em in my 30weeks pregnant em in alot of pelvic joint pain cant even turn on my left if em on bed unless someone moves me

    We hear about this pain with ladies in pregnancy. Is there anybody out there who gets the pains after menopause? Can these exercises help with SPD in this later stage of life?

    I will try the ice pack and heat pack but the Support belt hasn’t helped...any other tips? It hurts to walk, I’m in excruciating pain...

      Darling try lukewarm water and salt and put your feet in it for halfhour, i have pain in my right feet. I wake up in night and put my right feet to icecold water to 30 minits. I do it in bath room. So i dont need to carry it. Pain relif dosent help me , but that what is helping me only now. Ball back massage made my back worse..but other exersice here is goood 🙂 Mervi from Finland

      Im so good now, but im 2 years post partum.
      Still at 1 year post partum I was in pain so I went to PT. They had to align me I believe.
      When I am very very tired, it hurts, but nothing like before.

      Water bottle,.warm.up brick and roll a towel.on it...keep around your coccyx bone while sitting

    Thanks for this, Ill be trying these techniques. In the first set of seated exercises you say to do either the push up or push down (on the knee), is it ok to do both or is this a counter action? I have pain both in the pelvic bone and buttox. Thanks again

      I guess this video is for post delivery. You probably was in labour. Wish you safe delivery.
