SCENTWORK | VEHICLE SEARCH | DOG TRAINING

In this video, Ernie and Tessa will be practicing scentwork by finding three unique hides. Each hide is a metal tin which contains a Q-tip that has been dipped in one of three essential oils, birch, anise or clove. They will be challenged with finding each unique scent on a car outside on a lightly breezy day. The breeze does carry the scent from the front to the back of the vehicle which you will see in action with Tessa's search. Ernie has been doing scent work for a few years and is in general more methodical about his searches while Tessa is new to the sport and is in general more sporadic with her choices.
