*I add mashed boiled eggs and grated cheese to that recipe. When making the sandwich, you can place the lettuce between the tuna mixture so it goes bottom bread, tuna mixture, lettuce, tuna mixture, then top bread. That helps moisten the bread and allow all the flavors to mix evenly.*
