Hello Sir, Jo Urban Company ka RO aap suggest kr rhe hain usme TDS controller nahi hai. I read comments on Amazon. People complaining a lot about TDS. What's your opinion on that ? I've 400+ (Approx) TDS at me flat (In Society).
It totally depends on budget, A normal consumer with a budget of 7 to 10k would go for kent Ro as its of 10k. Spending at a time too much money on purifier at a time is a bit heavy on pocket, besides bachelors can also go for 500rs subscription purifier too. This is marketing strategy to show price for 4 years and no one sees the look, everyone is focussed on water purity and taste. 4500rs on replacing filters is not even 400rs per month, basically giving high amount to a purifier is a profit to companies.
Urban company water purifier is not available every where and intally the ownership cost will grow according to time so ownership cost never makes sense
Yes, Before this I was using the XIaomi water purifier had to change as end of cycle for filters and xiaomi stopped the same.. Urban company M2 is too good, loved it.
Dont buy as i have bought uc native m2 and during installation technician told me that my tds level will reduced to just 40 after this purification process so i hold my installation but now company is refusing to take it back and water level of just 40 tds is too low to drink.
Main issue with RO is replacing consumables plus dependency on service guys plus service charges just for replacement. 1) Replaceable parts must be easily replaceable by user. 2) ro should give msg when it filters and ro needs replacement. 3) Replaceable parts can be delivered by company at customers door step. This avoids duplicate parts. 4) Servicing must also be available if customer wants.
Sabse bakwas hai urban native m2 please don't advise this RO. Kehne ko 2 saal ki company warranty hai 7-8 mahine me kharab ho jayega or company me koi sunwai nhi hai. Mahino tak call karte raho but koi rejult nahi nikalta.
