    Love this. Eat the smartest when you’re on your own,
    enjoy social meals/events without guilt or worrying about macros.
    Fats are so easy to come across that most people never need to add them on purpose.

    Good video. FWIW some milk or cream in my brewed coffee is some I can't live without. I cut out soda and alcohol, but that's my one vice. I try to limit to 2 cups a day.

    I think that if you refuse to drink coffee unless there is creamer in it, you you should opt for a unsweetened skim milk cappuccino or latte. The base of either drink is the milk so for around 150 calories you can get a decent amount of protein.

    Have you ever tried the AeroPress to make your coffee? It's excellent in my opinion.

      Yes I have! Just not white enough quantity for coffee in my opinion.

    yes I don't mind fats but don't actively try to put some in my diet. and my "cheat days" are limited to social events rather than a planned day for me
    but at the same time, pumpkin and sunflower seeds are so nutrient dense that adding 1-2oz can really fill up nutrient deficiencies on chronometer with no effort
