I love this great old museum. My first visits were in the late 1970's as a tiny tot. I visited many times over the years, but don't live there anymore, but got to see again 2 years ago. It has to be America's most classical European museum. The knights armor and swords are magnificent!
Just checked out this museum today as part of my one day forest park trip as a tourist. Quite impressed by its Oceanic and African art collections. Quite good as a local museum. The forest park is absolutely gorgeous!
