I was surfing on internet and ended up here!! Interesting channel! I’m a polyglot considering learning Thai as my next language! Thanks for sharing it. Best regards from Brazil 🇧🇷 Professor X here. Stay safe.
I'm a very beginner to thai. How many classifiers are there? Do all of them function as a unit of measurement, like liter, item, kilometer, e.t.c? How do you say things like "I want 4 pork chops" or "can I have 3 coconut smoothies"? Thank you, and I appreciate the lesson.
There are a number of Classifier N in Thai. You don't need to remember everything just sth you use a lot as in my examples 😊 Sth as pieces you can say ชิ้น So for 4 pork chops, 4 ชิ้น/chín/
Thank you for the very useful lesson! Can I ask if you can put "วันละ" at the beginning or end of sentence instead? Or must it be in the middle of sentence? for example: วันละใช้เงิน500 บาท or ใช้เงิน500 บาทวันละ
👏👏👏ขอบคุณครับมากครูนิว 🙂

ขอบคุณนะครับครู🙏😀 How about I take medicine 3 tablet per time? Can I say : ผมกินยาครั้งละสามเม็ด?
ถูกต้องนะคะ😊
@@thailessonsbynew 🙏😀ขอบคุณมากๆนะครับ
Thank you. This is great. Can we have more classifier lessons please? Also, is it better to say “ดื่มน้ำ” instead of “gin naam”?
You can say either one. กินน้ำ is more casual 😊
@@thailessonsbynew ผมเข้าใจครับ
Ah, my favorite classifiers :)
😊😊😁
Can we say: gin khaow wan la sam krang?
You can say that if you want to mean I eat 3 times per day. But I think I have 3 meals per day sounds better right? Do you think?
my memory is being challenged:-). so many classifiers!
I know!! That's a lot more for us to learn 😊

I don't think we say like those examples. Thai would still understand you but not how a Thai would say😊
