Few days back a filling from my second last molar (lower left) came out. Behind it is d last molar on which RC was done over 10yrs ago. Nit sure wat d real situation is but dentist said i wld need another rc on 2nd molar bec a lot is missing. My first instinct was why don't they just clean slightly n put another resin or watever filling. She insisted i do a full teeth xray too n then went on to scare me further saying she can spot mire decays n starting cavities in other teeth etc.
Im adament i dont want a rc. N also seeing videos of several other holistic dentists n say cavities can be reversed basically by strengthening overall ones teeth gums thru both oral hygiene protocol*dr ellie phillips? N thru good food n supplements etc (dr berg etc).
By any cgance do u know any biomimetic dentists in India? Or do u do online consults if i send an xray/ photos? Thanks in advance 🙏
