Would love if you reacted to a few more from him! You were not that far off when it comes to the involvement of the production of Americaa's Got Talent. Chris was invited to the show but he wasn't allowed to tell the viewers about his win in Swedish Idol 2017. That's unfortunately common in these kind of shows but of course it's to create some production drama. Chris chose to sing Imagine in AGT because it's a very well known song and he has a special history with it. He blew the judges and all viewers away when he was asked to sing it in one of the audition rounds in Swedish Idol and it paved way to his success and popularity in Sweden. From then on he chose to sing original songs in AGT with success, he reached the semi-finals in the show in the end. By the way, Chris AGT audition has over 76 000 000 views and almost 1 000 000 likes, so a lot of people really think it was a killer performance! :D From then on Chris has gained fans from all over the world and his popularity and also his TH-cam channel and other social media platforms are growing rapidly. No surprise really and so well earned given his amazing talent! By the way, Chris is 31, haha! And yes, he has an amazing beard! Dry January? Haha! Chris K's cover of Girls Just Want To Have Fun featuring Hanna Ferm is really well done. Beautiful harmonies. I can imagine sitting in that pub listening to this one too. Definitely worth a listen.
i am yet to see him live, i would gladly pay a good amount of money to see this guy live. Hope this pandemic ends fast so we can enjoy life again with some chris kläfford!
Dudes, Chris has been singing his Kitchen Sessions for quite some time and he has a lot of really great tunes out there. He does some wonderfully awesome covers, but I find His originals to be the absolute best! A Genuine , talented, powerful singer and entertainer. No pretense! what you see is what you get. I'm on the opposite side of the pond in the high country of Colorado, but would gladly travel to see Chris in person and swill a few pints with you blokes in a comfortable pub. That's my idea of a perfect day!
Chris's audition to AGT is actually on their top 5 most watched videos, because the setting and the fakeness of it set aside, it's still an absolutely amazing rendition. I'm new to you guys so I'm off to see what other artists you have been reacting to. I probably have a few suggestions for you. 😁
He has a really good voice..I think it’s hard to sing this song following C. Stapleton’s success with it but I’d listen to this guys music any day of the week. Really good.
If you mean Chris Stapleton (I just say that because his is not the original) then Stapleton's voice is outstandingly strong and his live versions on this song, I Was Wrong and also Sometimes I Cry demonstrate that.
Chris Stapleton has a believable rawness to his voice like he is snging from a place of emotion versus the kenny loggins-ish pop in Klaffords voice. Klafford is amazing, just emotes less effectively.
He does but his voice sounds more like it was cultivated by the music industry. Stapleton sounds like a guy in a bar whos girlfriend put his name in the karaoke bowl and had an amazing voice noone knew about until then, which i prefer personally. Both are good but i prefer Stapleton because it sounds more natural.
It was all rigged for him not to win AGT. For one thing he won Swedish Idol so he had the experience of the lime light. Second his strategy was to sing all originals throughout AGT which I loved and the live audience really loved as well. Third, half way through Simon and Howie were kind of hating on him because of his song choices even though they both agreed he had talent while the girls thought he was amazing and didn’t need to change. Even Queen Latifa said she would buy an album from him!!! Lol! He is so underrated and deserved to win that year. Probably my top 5 on my Spotify!
Oh, I see you have reacted to some beatboxing reactions and do I have suggestions for you! You would do yourselves a huge favour if you react to Home Free. They are a country a capella (the world's only known) band from the US. All sounds are made by the human voice, or body, and they have an absolutely crazy good beatboxer, a crazy deep bass, voices to die for and harmonies so tight, full and smooth that you won't believe it. They have both originals and covers and I highly recommend starting with their cover of Johnny Cash's Folsom Prison Blues. It's bold, it's different, it's crazy good and it still stays true to the original in its core. You will not regret it. Also, reacting to them will bring in the Home Fries, their fans, which, in the music industry, are known to be supportive, kind and we love watching Home Free reaction videos. 😏🥰🙏
Check out Lost Dog Street Band, September Doves, War inside of me, Terrible and True. Anything by them or the Singer Benjamin Tod is better than any relative country, folk, blues, bluegrass etc
