Why does it seem like y’all don’t wanna apply for jobs in America which comes with vastly higher pay.

Im just asking out of curiosity
If you are very well experienced here in SA it doesn’t make much of a difference working for international companies because the pay ends up being similar, and some SA companies give you tons of benefits that you don’t get with International companies. Unless they have offices here in SA like the likes of AWS etc
