- The plaintiff says the defendant is her cousin and they were close until the defendant snapped during a bar fight. The plaintiff ended up spraying her with Mace, and she’s suing her cousin for having her falsely arrested. The defendant says she was fighting with the plaintiff’s daughter on the night in question and the plaintiff went crazy on everyone with the Mace. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.
