I like what you said about education. Even though Arizona’s 49th in funding schools our students are in the middle of the pack so they are doing great with what they have. Which means more money doesn’t solve the problem with schools.
Very true. I do think we need more funding for the teachers themselves though. I think we lose a lot of great teachers or future teachers over pay. It also puts teachers in a position where they may need to take a second job if they have a family.
We lived in Chandler for ten years and every thing you say is true. Chandler was safe. We never experienced crime but I called the police once to report some kids vandalising a playground and they were on scene in no time. Their high school was massive. It had its own art building! The Gilbert Chandler Community College was great too….i took a couple of years of classes there.
Yes! Most builders are needing more buyers, and I have been able to negotiate my clients getting in 50k under their list price. No bidding wars for builders currently

you can't find one, go OTR truck driving and you wouldn't need a car or a apartment.

I would assume either near downtown Phoenix or Tempe, but I really haven't heard of an area being overly progressive in Phoenix in terms of politics
