@@streetpigeonmtb looked like some tidy riding to me mate. Although I find that kind of riding almost more mentally tiring than physically tiring, but oh so rewarding.
Years ago hill walked Ben Ime, that was challenging enough but riding it wow that take some skill, well done Jamie and others! That trail at end looked tough. Recently done the three lochs challenge part of which passed opposite side of Arrochar and the hills amazing view, thanks for sharing! 😁🤙
Cheers Gary. Yeah, deffo on my limit as a rider. I have a genuine fear of riding on rock so the mountains always scare me! Well done on the Three Lochs Challenge. An amazing part of the world to do it in!
I have walked part of that route to above the tree line with my dog and have always thought that might be fun on my eMTB so this has inspired me to give at least part of it a go. I think the descent from the top is way past my skill level as I am fairly new to this pastime and that wee route down through the trees is a non starter but other bits looked like fun. At least it is within 20 miles of home so really accessible.
That sounds great! I'm sure there would be a good few bits that you could give a go. Just take it easy and practice. You'll get there! Great to have this place so close to you 🙌
Yeah. It was full on! I think the tiredness doesn't help on those type of rides. It's such an effort to get the bike up there in the first place, let alone ride it down 😆
@@streetpigeonmtb and then you had the gnarly bit at the end, to top it off. I'm hoping to do some Peak District riding e.g. Jacob's ladder in the spring . A lot shorter than your epic adventure but still technically challenging!
Hey mate. That's a Hero 10. Saying that you should be able to get very similar footage with the 9, albeit with slightly more aggressive colours. 4K30 High Bitrate Lock the white balance at 5500k Sharpness High (if you want the action cam look). But yeah, check your settings are on point before you change the camera 😊
Yeah. Auto white balance is bad for MTB as we often ride in very green places which forces the camera to kill the green colours. You can run iso all the way up to 3200. It'll keep the stabe on for a bit longer in darker conditions.
Great edit dude enjoyed that I’ve done ime a few times now and it’s always been 30mph winds. The decent us unrelenting felt every rock with you. The main path is an amazing even more so when you get a clean run at it. 🫡🔥
Cheers buddy. Totally agree. Every time I'm up there the first part is way tougher than I remember. It's always a shock to the system! 🙈 Hopefully you get there on a calm day at some point 👍😁
Just another awesome day on a MTB with mates! Shooting and editing in a class if it’s own as usual 🫡
You're too kind buddy 🙏
Simply magic!!
Such an incredible place 👌
Watching this video just makes me want to go back to Scotland for more massive mountain biking adventures. great stuff Jamie!!!
I know! It would be just your type of riding as well Darren. You'd be in your element ❤️
Wow! What a fantastic place and another superb video Jamie👍
Thanks Rhett 👌
Excellent Jamie, what a day that was... And remember, that car park ain't free and they do check if you've paid!
I feel like you have a story to tell there Ricardo 🤔
Awesome mate!👊
Thanks buddy. Plenty more where that came from 👌
Looks just amazing ❤
Difficult riding. But what a place ❤️
@@streetpigeonmtb definitely looked like both. What a day you had
Yup. Special day indeed 👌
That looked a fabulous day out, that descent looked pretty full on fun and, wow, that scenery 😍. Editing on point as usual 👌
Cheers Marcus. Mountian riding is right on my limit and I never find it easy. However, it always leaves some good memories ❤️

5:50 you shout chunky just as you pass someone 🤣
Oops! Didn't even notice that in the edit 😂
@@streetpigeonmtb was a perfect day. Didn't you come off at any point?
@MTBScotland no. I stopped a lot though 😆 Just didn't keep it all in the edit. Closest to crashing was that near OTB!

@susiehooper2798 sounds brilliant! 👌
Belta vid bro n looked gd n fun eh lol
Aye. Good times for sure my brother 👌
Great video, could recommend an action camera for Mtb ?
I use a GoPro Hero 10. It's brilliant 👏
Great video. Camera quality is amazing...what do you use? My GoPro 9 never looks like that

@@streetpigeonmtb always had the white balance at auto so may give that a go 👍 min iso 100 and 800 max so may look at those too.
As always great vid 👍

@@streetpigeonmtb brilliant thankyou.
What drone are you using?
Hi Paul. It's a DJI Mini 3 Pro. I did a video about it, the good and the bad - th-cam.com/video/dOyUBqbR41k/w-d-xo.htmlsi=c3KOyeh9LLMCrHr3
