    AOA Taimour, brilliant vlog. I need one suggestion from you (if possible), I have a 500 yrd plot in Golf city loop road, its a category plot, close to lake, no plot to face (green area), on the heighted location, the plot number is close to 449. Do you suggest me keeping it, or should I sale it since it is on the back of golf city? many thanks

    With all due respect you need a proper experienced architect. What I have seen and experienced is that no proper architects and designers are working in BTK. I am sure you have visited DHA Karachi, try to check designs of newly constructed 500 and 1000 square yard houses and also check the material and the colour combination they are using. Whereas in BTK not a single construction is even closer to DHA

      Brother, problem is Bahria doesn’t allow any creative designs. They have set design and they force you to use those elaborations and colors combinations.
