I was searching around for beginners guides to mastering and this was by far the best one I found. thanks for doing this, i found it very easy to follow along. I did have a question about the EQ portion, it wasn't particualrly clear to me what the eq colours corresponding effects were and how i could use the moveable dots to effect change on specific problems (sibilance, crunchyness in the mid range etc.) would be great to have a video just on EQ tips and tricks
Thanks for this useful info. Many other people reviewing LP MA havre said things like 'I wouldn't to my whole master with this...' but they never say what else they would do. I applied a few tips of yours to my current project and got some great results. I did find that sometimes I prefered the MA Excite to the Exciter plugin, but it just depends on the track. Cheers.
