I'm riding my 2006 American Ironhorse Texas Chopper with the rare factory chrome package. It has a S&S 111ci V-twin w/right-side belt drive.

Been all over that area on my motorcycle
is that thing auto transmission? I like auto than manual transmission. Manual Transmission is pretty complicated.
Six speeds. not that there aren't any, but I've never seen any big motorcycles with an automatic transmission.

hey Pilotjoe7 how you doing brother, i dont know much about bikes. and this one looks sick. do you think this could be a beginners bike for me? or am i better off learning on a little ninja 300 ? lol i really want a chopper though somthing like yours. again, i dont know much about bikes, im a beginner. can you recommend me somthing i would really appreciate it thanks.
His bike is not really for a first bike although it is possible to learn on it you just have to take into consideration that the longer front end affects the turning and handling of the bike. In my opinion it is best to start with and older bike like a 1996 magna it has a 750cc engine and you wont feel bad about dropping it cause they normally run around 2,000-3,000 dollars and those choppers can easily be more than 20,000 if you do really want a chopper i would recommend buying an old bike for the engine and parts and then i would buy a rolling chassis that resembles the chopper you want and put the old engine in the new frame or get a custom shop to do so for you. tho there are cheaper ways to build choppers something like his can easily run you 18k and there are plenty of videos about working on choppers one person i recommend is do it with dan he does not really build a chopper but he has a few build series that show you how he parted out one bike to make another and can get you started on learning about the tools and what not to make a chopper. hope this helped :).

Robert0bot The Gopro 3+black, is mounted on the side of the helmet. The videos are much better if you splice in shots from different mounting locations/cameras.

thanks for your comment. Let me clarify here, a good deal on a similar bike with lower mileage came up, and I always wanted to have a bike custom painted with my colors and design. Well at least my input to the artist. So, the new bike opportunity came up at the perfect time the price was right the bike was the same as the one I had except with much lower mileage, and I could have it painted the way I wanted. Why not??
