High school gf still stalks me to this day. Every time a restraining order expires, she conveniently pops right back into my life. Doesn’t matter how many times I change my number or move, or how many times she gets sent to jail for stalking/ harassing/ threatening me, she always shows back up into my life sooner or later. Been almost 15 years since we broke up, she still won’t leave me alone.
As someone who grew up in a household witnessing that dynamic and was abused as well, it makes me really upset and disgusted when I see men not getting the same support and help. I’m reminded of how it affected my dad everyday. It really does go both ways. I try to be an ally best I can, that’s why I’m not a modern-day feminist. I hope you’re healing

I have trauma because of an ex. I'm a radio host. And when I broke up with my ex, she took it badly and kept messaging into my show's live feed commenting twisted lies about me. She would spread rumors on the message boards of the radio station site and try to get me fired. I almost was. When I thought all of this had cooled down a few weeks later, I got a message from my sister. She had found an social media account that was pretending to be me and was messaging people that I 'was violent and crazy'. It turned out my ex had created like 4 or 5 accounts posing as me to spread these rumors. One of the worst periods of my life. My sister actually saved me by creating an retaliatory account pretending to be her and threatening to do the same to her. It worked, and I haven't heard from her in nearly 3 years. Damn this video brought up some repressed memories. Amazing as always, Mr. Nightmare.

Sorry but I'm calling BS on the story. There's no way he could've killed the cat without the cat making any loud screams/noises that would've woke her up. And he did it within minutes without being noticed or spotted? Either the story is fabricated, highly exaggerated, or completely twisted to make the ex look crazier than he is
@@aaronwin33 If the cat was being strangled/ choked, which it mostly likely was because there wasn't any visible injuries, it wouldn't have been able to meow or scream during it. Its windpipe was closed off. It would die quickly and silently. I think its very probable that the ex snuck in, strangled the cat, and stuck around for a bit to try to see OP's reaction and get some weird sick satisfaction from it. I totally get where you're coming from because a lot of stories on this channel are exaggerated or made up, but this one sounds completely realistic to me.

And to say that he had the strength/speed while being slick enough to not make a single noise while doing it is an even bigger stretch. Man this hits too close to home. Have had a 11 year ordeal with my ex who I share a child with. I have gained full custody of my son due to the court acknowledging that I am the best fit parent due to my son's mother childish behavior. I have had to deal with her family members impersonating being a court official, to false police reports, to her boyfriend fighting me, to threats being made to me and my current girlfriend. I have 7 more years until my son is 18 and I don't have to deal with her but even then in some miserable way I believe she will always be apart of my life due to my son. I can't stress this enough. Men and women please be careful of who you date. Their are some really crazy people in this world, and love can have you blinded by the red flags.

Abuse doesn’t always start out with an unexpected explosive act out of nowhere. It can start small with subtle changes that the victim will just brush off thinking it was nothing or was a one time thing, but from there the abuse escalates.
I once had a crazy ex do something similar to the first story. She met some loser and told him a bunch of lies and sent him my way one night. He was hollering and threatening me and generally being a psycho. He calmed down very quickly though when I opened the door with a shotgun pointed right at his face. Funny how that knocks the bravado right out of people.
The cat one HIT so hard, my cats name is LITERALLY Nala so when I heard that her ex killed her cat, I almost cried and had to go get my own cat for some peace ✋️🤧
To the guy in story 2, I just wanna "talk" to him. She did not deserve to go through that and my condolences to Nala. what makes it worse is that my dog has the same name as well, I can't imagine losing a pet, let alone losing them in such a cruel way. I hope her and her family were or will be able to move on from this unfortunate event.

I don’t get to share this often and it messed me up for years. I had an ex, the 1st female I ever lived with. We were about 19-20 yrs old when I tried to end the relationship. On the way out the door she grabbed a kitchen knife and screamed “Go ahead mother f’er and watch what happens” . I went to close the door before she could throw it, instead she turned it on herself and I watched her slice through her wrist almost hitting bone I imagine based on my memory of seeing her muscles tense, the look in her eyes, and the amount of blood that went all over the kitchen after she pulled it and dropped it. She lifted her arm to point it right at me as I ran towards her to grab a towel and wrap it as tight as I could. The first thing she said to me once I began wrapping it was “look what you made me do, why would you make me have to do that”. We are now separated but do have a child together. The thick scar across her left wrist is a reminder. I know this is just a TH-cam comment section, but thank you for reading this. I don’t think I’ve spoke of this in over a decade and it feels good to at least write it down if I can’t talk about it with anyone.

The police need to take it more seriously when someone kills an animal, especially in situations where there has been a breakup. If they can do that to an animal they can easily escalate to harming a person. There have been too many cases where that exact thing has happened. Poor Nala didn't deserve any of that.
They really are uneducated and unintelligent because the number one most violent and life threatening call that police get statistically where they typically need back up so they don’t get injured as well are domestic violence cases. Also, one of the signs of a murderer or psychopath starts off is killing animals. Unfortunately a lot of cops don’t care about actual people just money and power. Not all of them of course but a lot since that field is of the main ones that attracts corrupt people. Or they have some kind of agenda that they are required to protect from a higher power
Ugh, the cops in that second story man 🤬🤬. The cat was probably and clearly either suffocated or strangled, and the texts and information that the ex boyfriend knew where the spare key was should’ve been enough to make a case. That is enraging! 🤬
And the cops could’ve ask the neighbors if they had cameras or did any of them saw the ex. For the girl they could’ve took her to a nescropsy (animal autopsy) to see what kind of injuries the cat had.
Poor Nala kitty...She was an innocent party in all this mess. I hate it when vengeful exes get back at their former significant others by attacking the children or pets. It just shows how demented they are.
First story is downright unbelievable and terrifying and the second story is sickening. Relationships are a dangerous thing because of how crazy people are.
I've noticed a similarity among these three stories: all the abusive exes were angry that their significant other broke up with them, and did those bad things to get some kind of revenge.
Stories like these make me relieved that all my past relationships ended on good terms. Crazy mfs out there that can’t handle rejection, being dumped, etc.
It’s surreal the control an abuser can have upon a victim. They can make a person feel less than human, but they are so manipulative that the victim thinks the abuse is a one time thing and gives the abuser a 2nd chance. Or the abuser makes the victim think it’s their own fault that they are being abused and in the end they apologize to the abuser and continue in the relationship.
Another tactic is also making you think you aren't even being abused despite all evidence suggesting you are. It's scary what people like that can do. I wish all victims/former victims of abuse well, y'all are loved and valued. Don't be afraid to speak out or leave because things can and will only ever escalate in the relationship no matter how scary leaving seems. Stay safe out there. If you feel like something is wrong in your connection, even if it's just a nagging feeling of self-preservation, listen to it. That's something I've learned(Due to an emotionally abusive step-dad/parent's bf so while this primarily is addressing relationships, most of this advice applies to other abusive connections too imo though please lmk if I'm wrong about some of this).
@@lucaslake8576 No not really. I'm going to assume here you've never been emotionally manipulated or physically in danger from someone you love if that's genuinely what you think. It is quite often dangerous for victims to outwardly leave and some of them don't even realize that what they are experiencing is abnormal due to the manipulation. It's a very long and draining process quite often, for a victim to try and leave and many of them literally have to go to DA shelters just so they aren't put on the brink of death from the abuser's violence and/or so that they aren't as likely to be sucked back in by the abuser's manipulation.
Story 2 when it was revealed that the cat was dead, I literally covered my mouth and yelled “holy sh!t!” That was one of the most shocking things to ever occur in one of Mr. Nightmare’s videos. One of his best videos by far.

I feel like your channel is a class, and that class is Vigilant 101, and every story is the lesson of the day, and I learn something new from each lesson, and I definitely learned something new with this one, even though I've never had a girlfriend, I've been able to learn a lot from siblings, like what to look for in someone, and who to avoid, and these stories just show how crazy a relationship can end Thanks MN, you're always and will forever be my go-to horror YT channel :)
I recently got out of a bad relationship not too long ago, I felt relieved for awhile. But then just last week, my crazy ex decided to send me a big box of everything I bought her as gifts, and it came with a card that read “I’m giving this all back to you since it has no more value.” She wasted her money on sending me a big package that I simply threw away, when she could’ve done all that herself 🤨 So watching this video felt like good timing for me mentally. I dealt with an ex boyfriend from the Military, former Marine Corps and he inflicted a lot of abuse, control, fear and he damaged me in the worst way possible. I gave up everything I had from the apartment that we use to live in and I haven’t been near him since. What’s worse of it he was also a raging alcoholic and narcissistic person that became evil in my eyes

It saddens me that abusive relationships happen in the first place, but the second story... Man, the fact that this isn't even the first story where an ex or a stalker has killed a pet to get revenge makes me furious. People who hurt not just abuse their partner but also kills their pets just to get back at them for the breakup deserve the absolute worst.
The first story hits way too close to home for me. Being accused of something you know you didn't do fucking hurts. I still remember this, I was in school at the time and sitting down in the back of the room when in the middle of class, a guy who I didn't know walked in and accused me of harassing his sister, then threatened to pound me into oblivion if I keep messing with her. I told the girl's brother I wasn't afraid of him and I also wasn't messing with his sister. The feelings I experienced as everyone in the classroom told me to stop bullying this girl was beyond horrendous as I've never bullied someone ever in my entire life. After class, I confronted the girl and told her I didn't understand what was going on, but if she wanted we all could go to the administration and have them handle this. She said nothing. Later that day, I learned a terrible discovery apparently after school the previous day, when I was on the bus going home there was some type of fight and the guy who was really harassing this girl had the same exact first name of me so her brother thought I was the one who was involved. To make matters worse, she knew I wasn't the one giving her a hard time and still said nothing while her brother was threatening my very existence. Maybe she had a hard time speaking up for herself, I don't know. However if this guy did beat the shit out of me, he would have been in serious trouble as he picked the wrong guy. I'm glad it died down pretty quickly because I wasn't a fighter at all and while she wouldn't talk, I definitely would have spoken up.
My ex left me with her ex just one week after our daughter was born. She was toxic and treated me like trash, but I stayed, because she was pregnant and I wanted to have a family and I also hoped and believed that she and everything will get better once our daughter is born. I started to work 70hr weeks and I was only 19.. and the worst part is, that she told everyone that the reason for leaving me for someone else is, that I was beating her and stuff which is far from true. She was abusive mentally and physically sometimes, although I was a 97kg Bodybuilder. My daughter is 8 years old now and I never had the chance to meet her.. my ex played a false game a few times with contacting me and promising me I could see her if I gave her more money. But then she always came with excuses and always blocked me at the end. The worst part is, that I can not just get over it because there will always be my daughter and I don't ever want to get over her, she will always be there.

This reminds of an ex I dated for 6 years. A month after I called it off with her I would get random phone calls on the telephone at night. The person would just listen and say nothing on the call but I could clearly hear breathing. At first the calls where only at night but then the calls progressed to early hours of the morning as well. I though it was just some random teens playing a prank and never really thought much of it because as teens my cousins and I did the same thing. Soon after I got random calls from a private number on my cell phone as well. The calls remained the exact same time, 1 call at 10pm and another at around 4am. Again the person said nothing and all I heard was breathing. This started to freak me out a bit. Shortly after I got a note in my mail box. The note would say "I am watching you". I immediately contacted my security company and they looked around my property but found no one. The next day I decided to look at my security camera footage and at around 10pm and 4am you could see a figure appear at my front gate. It was dark and I wasn't able to tell who it was. The person also wore a black hood. In the footage you could see the person attempting to pick my locks but failed because they got spooked by random cars passing by and i also put a lot of money into top notch security. In the footage you could also see an object sticking out of the person left pocket. I went back to older footage and saw this person appear at my front gate multiple times at the exact same time. I alerted police but no luck. A month went by and the calls stopped. The person also no longer showed up at my front gate. But then suddenly it started again.... Shortly after I come to find out that it was my ex all along. A close friend of my ex told me everything after she found multiple notes on my exs desk and they were all addressed to me, along with a bunch of old pics we took together when we dated. I eventually got a restraining order against her. Until this day I don't know what her intentions were. The scary part is that she never acted this way in the 6 years we dated. She came off as a completely normal person.
While I get that there's probably some good people out there to date and not everyone is dangerous, videos like these help me feel better about choosing to stay single/not date. It's too much of a gamble to be able to date safely when it's too easy to unintentionally date some dangerous people.
Not even an ex story, but I've had that same problem where I got into a text argument with a girl.. Same thing as the story though, where she fabricated smack-talk to her convict boyfriend who then tried to corner me into a fight by using a friend of hers to goad me into a date scenario (where he was hiding a knife in his boot when I got there). All I can say is that I'm glad he showed himself before I got out of my vehicle, or unlocked my doors. People are terrifying......

Abuse doesn’t always start out with an unexpected explosive act out of nowhere. It can start small with subtle changes that the victim will just brush off thinking it was nothing or was a one time thing, but from there the abuse escalates.

I once had a crazy ex do something similar to the first story. She met some loser and told him a bunch of lies and sent him my way one night. He was hollering and threatening me and generally being a psycho. He calmed down very quickly though when I opened the door with a shotgun pointed right at his face. Funny how that knocks the bravado right out of people.

I don’t get to share this often and it messed me up for years. I had an ex, the 1st female I ever lived with. We were about 19-20 yrs old when I tried to end the relationship. On the way out the door she grabbed a kitchen knife and screamed “Go ahead mother f’er and watch what happens” . I went to close the door before she could throw it, instead she turned it on herself and I watched her slice through her wrist almost hitting bone I imagine based on my memory of seeing her muscles tense, the look in her eyes, and the amount of blood that went all over the kitchen after she pulled it and dropped it. She lifted her arm to point it right at me as I ran towards her to grab a towel and wrap it as tight as I could. The first thing she said to me once I began wrapping it was “look what you made me do, why would you make me have to do that”. We are now separated but do have a child together. The thick scar across her left wrist is a reminder. I know this is just a TH-cam comment section, but thank you for reading this. I don’t think I’ve spoke of this in over a decade and it feels good to at least write it down if I can’t talk about it with anyone.

The police need to take it more seriously when someone kills an animal, especially in situations where there has been a breakup. If they can do that to an animal they can easily escalate to harming a person. There have been too many cases where that exact thing has happened. Poor Nala didn't deserve any of that.
They really are uneducated and unintelligent because the number one most violent and life threatening call that police get statistically where they typically need back up so they don’t get injured as well are domestic violence cases. Also, one of the signs of a murderer or psychopath starts off is killing animals.
Unfortunately a lot of cops don’t care about actual people just money and power. Not all of them of course but a lot since that field is of the main ones that attracts corrupt people. Or they have some kind of agenda that they are required to protect from a higher power
Ugh, the cops in that second story man 🤬🤬. The cat was probably and clearly either suffocated or strangled, and the texts and information that the ex boyfriend knew where the spare key was should’ve been enough to make a case. That is enraging! 🤬
And the cops could’ve ask the neighbors if they had cameras or did any of them saw the ex. For the girl they could’ve took her to a nescropsy (animal autopsy) to see what kind of injuries the cat had.

First story is downright unbelievable and terrifying and the second story is sickening. Relationships are a dangerous thing because of how crazy people are.
I've noticed a similarity among these three stories: all the abusive exes were angry that their significant other broke up with them, and did those bad things to get some kind of revenge.

It’s surreal the control an abuser can have upon a victim. They can make a person feel less than human, but they are so manipulative that the victim thinks the abuse is a one time thing and gives the abuser a 2nd chance. Or the abuser makes the victim think it’s their own fault that they are being abused and in the end they apologize to the abuser and continue in the relationship.
Another tactic is also making you think you aren't even being abused despite all evidence suggesting you are. It's scary what people like that can do. I wish all victims/former victims of abuse well, y'all are loved and valued. Don't be afraid to speak out or leave because things can and will only ever escalate in the relationship no matter how scary leaving seems. Stay safe out there. If you feel like something is wrong in your connection, even if it's just a nagging feeling of self-preservation, listen to it. That's something I've learned(Due to an emotionally abusive step-dad/parent's bf so while this primarily is addressing relationships, most of this advice applies to other abusive connections too imo though please lmk if I'm wrong about some of this).

@@lucaslake8576 No not really. I'm going to assume here you've never been emotionally manipulated or physically in danger from someone you love if that's genuinely what you think. It is quite often dangerous for victims to outwardly leave and some of them don't even realize that what they are experiencing is abnormal due to the manipulation. It's a very long and draining process quite often, for a victim to try and leave and many of them literally have to go to DA shelters just so they aren't put on the brink of death from the abuser's violence and/or so that they aren't as likely to be sucked back in by the abuser's manipulation.

Story 2 when it was revealed that the cat was dead, I literally covered my mouth and yelled “holy sh!t!” That was one of the most shocking things to ever occur in one of Mr. Nightmare’s videos. One of his best videos by far.

I dealt with an ex boyfriend from the Military, former Marine Corps and he inflicted a lot of abuse, control, fear and he damaged me in the worst way possible. I gave up everything I had from the apartment that we use to live in and I haven’t been near him since. What’s worse of it he was also a raging alcoholic and narcissistic person that became evil in my eyes

It saddens me that abusive relationships happen in the first place, but the second story... Man, the fact that this isn't even the first story where an ex or a stalker has killed a pet to get revenge makes me furious. People who hurt not just abuse their partner but also kills their pets just to get back at them for the breakup deserve the absolute worst.
The first story hits way too close to home for me. Being accused of something you know you didn't do fucking hurts. I still remember this, I was in school at the time and sitting down in the back of the room when in the middle of class, a guy who I didn't know walked in and accused me of harassing his sister, then threatened to pound me into oblivion if I keep messing with her. I told the girl's brother I wasn't afraid of him and I also wasn't messing with his sister. The feelings I experienced as everyone in the classroom told me to stop bullying this girl was beyond horrendous as I've never bullied someone ever in my entire life. After class, I confronted the girl and told her I didn't understand what was going on, but if she wanted we all could go to the administration and have them handle this. She said nothing.
Later that day, I learned a terrible discovery apparently after school the previous day, when I was on the bus going home there was some type of fight and the guy who was really harassing this girl had the same exact first name of me so her brother thought I was the one who was involved. To make matters worse, she knew I wasn't the one giving her a hard time and still said nothing while her brother was threatening my very existence. Maybe she had a hard time speaking up for herself, I don't know. However if this guy did beat the shit out of me, he would have been in serious trouble as he picked the wrong guy. I'm glad it died down pretty quickly because I wasn't a fighter at all and while she wouldn't talk, I definitely would have spoken up.

My ex left me with her ex just one week after our daughter was born. She was toxic and treated me like trash, but I stayed, because she was pregnant and I wanted to have a family and I also hoped and believed that she and everything will get better once our daughter is born. I started to work 70hr weeks and I was only 19.. and the worst part is, that she told everyone that the reason for leaving me for someone else is, that I was beating her and stuff which is far from true. She was abusive mentally and physically sometimes, although I was a 97kg Bodybuilder. My daughter is 8 years old now and I never had the chance to meet her.. my ex played a false game a few times with contacting me and promising me I could see her if I gave her more money. But then she always came with excuses and always blocked me at the end. The worst part is, that I can not just get over it because there will always be my daughter and I don't ever want to get over her, she will always be there.

This reminds of an ex I dated for 6 years. A month after I called it off with her I would get random phone calls on the telephone at night. The person would just listen and say nothing on the call but I could clearly hear breathing. At first the calls where only at night but then the calls progressed to early hours of the morning as well. I though it was just some random teens playing a prank and never really thought much of it because as teens my cousins and I did the same thing. Soon after I got random calls from a private number on my cell phone as well. The calls remained the exact same time, 1 call at 10pm and another at around 4am. Again the person said nothing and all I heard was breathing. This started to freak me out a bit. Shortly after I got a note in my mail box. The note would say "I am watching you". I immediately contacted my security company and they looked around my property but found no one. The next day I decided to look at my security camera footage and at around 10pm and 4am you could see a figure appear at my front gate. It was dark and I wasn't able to tell who it was. The person also wore a black hood. In the footage you could see the person attempting to pick my locks but failed because they got spooked by random cars passing by and i also put a lot of money into top notch security. In the footage you could also see an object sticking out of the person left pocket. I went back to older footage and saw this person appear at my front gate multiple times at the exact same time. I alerted police but no luck. A month went by and the calls stopped. The person also no longer showed up at my front gate. But then suddenly it started again.... Shortly after I come to find out that it was my ex all along. A close friend of my ex told me everything after she found multiple notes on my exs desk and they were all addressed to me, along with a bunch of old pics we took together when we dated. I eventually got a restraining order against her. Until this day I don't know what her intentions were. The scary part is that she never acted this way in the 6 years we dated. She came off as a completely normal person.

Not even an ex story, but I've had that same problem where I got into a text argument with a girl.. Same thing as the story though, where she fabricated smack-talk to her convict boyfriend who then tried to corner me into a fight by using a friend of hers to goad me into a date scenario (where he was hiding a knife in his boot when I got there). All I can say is that I'm glad he showed himself before I got out of my vehicle, or unlocked my doors. People are terrifying......

@@GriffRP99 it's not random. and that's not the point. the point is people are the least terrifying earthlings. even cats, the most precious animals on earth, are terrifying. if they were any bigger, they'd literally kidnap kids, run off with them, then throw the kids around until the kid is dead from brain injuries from hitting the ground so much, and that's a cats way of fun. just imagine a big house cat getting pissed off at you and taking your whole face off with one swipe with their paw
