Here some suggestions for part 2: - Why are all the alien players using PS controller? I have an Xbox controller and I'm wondering if should switch to PS? Is there any difference in terms of performance? - There are many videos about punch drift but what I'm missing is a more detailed tutorial on the characteristics of specific cars. I mean I feel like you have to do punch drifts a bit differently (timing) depending on the car. Do you agree? For instance, with Ultima RS or Venom I punch at the beginning of the drift, but with some other cars like Imola I punch a bit later, usually at the apex of a corner. Not sure if this is just me. In general it would be good to know how we can see that a punch drift worked well (apart from watching the speedometer all the time).
I only know azimo who uses PS controllers, all other players like 555 use XBOX controllers and the reason for it is because they are more ergonomic/comfortable and I can confirm that as well. Also theres nothing complicated in punch drifts; they are there to make your car float on a corner and depending on the corner, you will either have to do nitro punch multiple times or just 1 time, usually its done right after initiating the drifting but it could obviously depend on the car
@@omegasigma4500 yeah, when you want a controller for asphalt 9, it all comes down to your own comfort preference and even though Playstation controllers have far more features than XBOX controllers, they are useless for asphalt 9 so really only comfort matters here

I feel like punch drifts can make the drift radius wider/larger. And sometimes this can make it overall slower. But maybe I'm wrong. Also, do you guys use a wired connection with your controller or wireless? I prefer wireless but it's annoying when there are connection issues. Happens rarely, but still annoying.
I've seen that when you nitro brake, you are supposed to brake right before it hits blue nitro bar and then nitro again and time that accordingly to each car. Is spamming it a better way?
I would say that you should master turning with a sensitivity range of 30%-60%, adjusting to your comfort at start will be easier but will be worse for your skills, for example if someone feels comfortable with 20% at start, they will lose sharp turning and controlling so they should stick to 50% and master it over a few months because learning controller for a first timer isn't easy and takes months to master (Coming from a person who switched from kb to controller and took 1 year to master controller even though it should have taken 3-4 months)
