    Hi I’m just tryings to be helpful but if you don’t want suggestions i also completely understand...u might wanna try to add oils, nuts and seeds cuz they have quite some calories plus they’re really good for u! U could also try and add some protein powder to ur oatmeal etc just to give more substance! lots of love from Germany

      yeah nut butters are awesome, all that kind of stuff also is quite dense if you know what i mean, that makes it easier to eat a bunch of it at least for me❤️❤️

      Something else that has helped me a lot on my journey is liquid calories. I have a smoothie daily with bananas, coconut yoghurt/ice cream and a 'gaining' powder. Its over 1000 calories and makes my day less stressful and uncomfortable (plus sometimes I'm just sick of chewing constantly haha). Again sorry if you don't like suggestions, everyone is on their own journey and you have to do whats best for you, and put yourself first always. Be compassionate with yourself, it's incredibly difficult and takes a courageous and brave woman to do what you are

    I watched this video while eating, which helped me a lot. I struggle with an eating disorder and i find it hard to eat normal amounts. I really felt your pain when you started crying. And yes eating really is exhausting. Thank you for being courageous enough and posting this video ❤️ this helps show people that evey body is different, and that they shouldn’t judge a person by what they eat, because you never know why or what they’re going through. I send you hugs xx and i really hope you reach your goal ❤️ also, not judging or anything, this is coming from my heart because i care, try to incorporate some fruits and veggies in your diet if you can. Like maybe some berries with your porridge, some greens with lunch.. and like many people said, adding protein is important and can help you lots. Sorry this was long, but i hope you read my comment 💕

    Been through it, literally had to eat 5000+ calories a day for weeks/months. It was very taxing, my body felt exhausted, all I did was sleep and eat. Worth it though. I’ve been recovered for approximately 6 months and the life I live now, in which food literally just takes up about 0.001% of my thoughts, is worth the pain, babes. Keep pushing through!

    Olivia, we are so proud of you!!! It is hard, everyday, I know that. I struggle with an ed everyday and it’s just so hard because you can stop smoking cigarettes e.g. and you don’t have to do it again in your life, but we all have to eat to stay alive. It’s hard. But you can do it. I really hope you can continue this journey and I’m sending you lots of love from Germany. I know I can do it and I know you can do it. Let’s grow stronger together with all ups and downs

    I love this style of vlogs. Nothing looks weird! If anything, looks very natural and peaceful ♥️
    Finding inspiration in recipe videos helps me a lot when I have to find motivation! Also, cooking is fun. Like trying new vegan cheese recipes, or simple ideas for porridge (carrot cake porridge is very nice).
    Anyway, loved this! Definitely not awkward at all

    honestly, I think this is my favourite video you've done of a 'what I eat in a day' type of video.. when you were upset and said that eating is exhausting - I could relate to you so bad with that. never ever feel like you have to do these videos though, regardless of what the majority want - if it's painful for you to sit through it already, without filming it, then it's 100% your choice on what you post online re your typical eats in a day and re your health issues and people should respect that. sending you love always, you're a strong bean (oh also baked beans are amazing and also a protein source haha) but anyways, love always and keep doing you xxx

    Hi I'm not a regular viewer but just want to say well done! Looks like you are doing whats best for you. I've had anorexia nervosa for many years and have learnt that if you want to get in more calories without feeling too full things like nut butters/seeds/oils are useful and also making shakes or smoothies if you use higher fat ingredients. However I do realize your situation is different and I don't know much about what foods you enjoy so it really is most important just to eat what you like and not worry about the finer points of macro/micronutrient distribution!     Love you Olivia ❤️❤️❤️ think you are a brave young woman... Good luck with your journey with food. Xx never feel like you have to share what you eat in a day, despite demand from viewers and certainly don't feel like you have to explain what and why you are eating what you do. We all eat and need different amounts of food for various different reasons. Just keep doing what your health professionals advise and you'll be fine, I promise ❤️😘💪

    I’ve been eating upward 10,000 k cal in anorexia recovery and I’m trying to fight the guilt I feel from doing so everyday... but I know if I’m eating it and driven to eat it.. it’s what my body and mind needs to heal.

    I saw your ig story that you’re gonna post this vid, frankly I was worried that some awful haters would come in here and be rude to you, luckily I can’t see any now! I like your vids and your style so much!👌🏻 also I think having more protein could help you gain muscle, I know you love chocolates/ chips all those unhealthy food (me too!) but protein (chicken breast/ protein shake etc would really help you gain weight! I’m sure you can make it💪🏻and I love watching your eating vids, they give me inspo to find new snacks haha don’t stop making them!💓💓💓

      Honestly I was so worried for the hate too! But hopefully everyone understands and is kind! Protien is definitely good, I’m defo going to really make an effort to incorporate more! (I fear I’m a little lazy when it comes to cooking, I’m often just too hungry to wait 😆) and yayaya so happy you like them 💕💕💕

      Olivia Frost Its a struggle though!!! I find my appetite is much more likely to accept crisps/sweet things over broccoli or chicken breast or nuts lol - and at least that’s better than nothing!!! It’s difficult knowing what you *should* be eating, but the thought of actually eating it is borderline nauseating....!!! So yeah one step at a time, and celebrate making those small steps because they all add up 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 (PS I’m so happy this little TH-cam community is being so supportive!!)

    i think you should take larger bite and chew less? cos the slower you eat and more you chew, the easier you will get full. try eat faster and drink less while eating, then you can consume much more before you're full

      @@ifoughtthelawnthelaw yes, when you are binge you can't control yourself. But anorexia is about still controlling and thinking about eating 24/7, what you will eat, when you will eat, etc. You are afraid of hunger, so you eat slowly. Anorexics do so because they know they will not allow extra food in case of hunger.

      @@ifoughtthelawnthelaw So ..... Yeah ... Eating fast is better, if you want to gain weight, you don't feel full so fast. It still occurred to me that she often had to be afraid of that she is binging . But a lot of people with anorexia go through extreme hunger because their body just needs all the nutrients it lacks. So it is important not to be afraid of food and just to eat, eat and eat.

    i almost have the same body type as you and i also struggle to gain weight. ive been insecure since i was 12 and now im 15:/ It really sucks because i want to wear short pants and shirts without being judged. I honestly just dont know what to do:(

      Sweetheart I believe in you. Most importantly don't ever let down your self love, no matter what your body looks like, but you can gain weight. Try writing down what you eat (just the meals and snacks, no need to measure) and see if you could squeeze in some extra snacks everyday. I understand you might feel like nothing works, but in that case you might wanna see a nutritionist. There is a way, always. Good luck and remember to accept your body, whether you love it or not!

    Listen, i love you and i think you are an amazing person, but as a person with eating disorders, these videos are higly triggering for me, and i bet that for many more... i know its a way for you to share and track your weight gain process, but maybe try to make future videos about this a little less food oriented and more about the mindful part of the journey, again no hate i love you so so much just wanted to say it💕❤️

    You can gain weight a healthy way, love. This is unesessary and may even do more harm thank good to your body. Pleace consult a dietitian and a doctor if already havent (propably have tho). Do what feels the best to your body and dont force it!

      NH actually no I can’t 🙈🙈 I have to eat these kind of foods in order to do this. I know it sounds wrong but I will go through phases. But the only way and right way is to eat these food unrestricted. I don’t expect you to understand as I know it sounds weird but I can send you some links which explains this science for you?       hollybbcake hehe thank you :) totally agree:) actually yesterday for lunch I had 3 white bagels with peanut butter and jam and then two pieces of white bread with chocolate spread 😋 . For the milk I drink either almond milk or soya milk but I think it’s okay too? Open to learning :)

    Hey babes I get you when you say it get exhausting! Don’t think of food as something to eat to put on weight as it will easily become a chore that you will grow to hate. Make it enjoyable! Try out different foods and cuisines! Taste the word! It will become so much more enjoyable and you will discbigwe what foods you enjoy most.

      I am hundred percent sure this gets deleted but I try it anyway as I am sometimes so sick of seeing all these lies spread all over the internet ... No one is born like that. She used to be anorexic and even shared this on her instagram (with an own account) where she also once shared a "before" picture that cleary showed, that she is able to have a healthy weight. She became popular over time and seems to earn money with her instagram now. I wonder how much her weight has brought her there. Howsoever you can't find her recovery account anymore and now she denies that she does have an eating disorder and tries her best to twist it around by saying she has a high metabolism etc. but everyone who does understand a little of psychology or even eating disorders knows that the way she eats is very sick. I also don't understand why she makes this so public ... I know it is none of anyone's business unless you don't make it a topic yourself and start to lie about it, what she clearly does now. If she would really be interested in gaining weight and being healthy, she'd go to a doctor or dietician and start to work on a meal plan meaning eating normal portion of diverse food instead of bits and bites of junk food and chocolate here and there. Unhealthy food does not mean that it is high in calories ... I haven't watched the video fully but I doubt that this is about 10.000 calories, it is just to attract viewers ..
