So, based on your recent TikTok to the other film reviewer, I watched House. I didn’t watch this video first because I wanted to go in blind based solely on your opinion.
All I can say is thank you for introducing me to possibly my new favorite director. I watched it and fell in love with it. The direction, the cutting edge techniques, the allegory that is hidden but also smacks you in the face. Thank you. After I watched house I watched Emotion. I absolutely love Obayashi’s work and I’d never heard of him until your video.
I just watched this after watching House to see what I missed or misunderstood, and your review is excellent also. I saw House for the first time over the weekend off an edible and knowing absolutely nothing about it, and I could not have gone into it with a better state of mind. Crazy shit happened and I was just like “haha alright, man” and the visuals were fucking nuts

This movies a very dumb and very fun. It’s made by Toho, who saw that horror was making money so they decided to take a break from Godzilla schlock to pay a dude who did tv commercials to showcase a bunch of silly camera tricks. This TH-camr sounds like a Brit pretending to put on an American accent. 10/10 silly movie
