Had the same issue when I first got this puller. I was just sanding the repair area to bare metal using my da sander and 80 grit, puller kept coming off with small amounts of pressure when pulling. I switched over to an angle grinder with a 40 grit disk and it works how it’s supposed to now. Give it a shot.
I bought one of those too, but found I had to push the power up to max (9) and even then, it pops off too easy. NO WHERE near even starting to burn a hole! I wish! but OK for light flemsy panels, or for small dimples like you showed. I was hoping it would grab hard and pull some serious dents out. Didn't work for me. Did you end up having to run clear up on max power? Or did you run it on 220 instead of 110? I haven't tried that yet, but will do that next.
Unfortunately that isn't available in the UK. The British government have basically stopped Vevor selling electrical products into the UK because of safety concerns. More than 90 products were at risk of electric shock, fire, burns and injuries.

Mine definitely shocked me it worked so well. But I will keep this comment close by just to be on the safe side. Thanks!
@@OPAATGARAGE Most of the issues involved loose wires, might be worth checking all of the connectors are cinched up correctly.
@spencereagle1118 I will definitely check that tonight. Tha k you for the comments.
The time lapse shows nothing bud lets see how it works in real time!
I will be doing another video doing some body work on the bed of chucky. I'll be sure to slow it down for you then. Thanks for the comments.
