Why charge them that way? What is the 10$ charge for? Basically why wouldnt i just charge for the material OR just charge her the 10$. .... hope this question makes sence .... im REALLY having trouble working out my pricing.
You would charge $10 per nail for the dimensional technique of building the design into the nail. You would add on extra for each art product since some clients will want one glitter whereas others will want more. The more products you put in the nail, the higher the price. You need to keep all of these products in stock, so you need to charge for each.

You can. Just do thin layers before capping and as for adding your glitters you just need to go kinda quickly or use a small really wet bead. Try it! Then share it over on YN's discord. We'd love to see the outcome

I'm not 100% positive but Mel likes to do Concealer Pink with sheer pink 102 over it so it could be that.
