Wow.... Beethoven composed this when he was around twelve years old. Such masterpiece was composed by a 12 year old boy is very impressive. Good playing too👍
Excellent! It's a whole new way of experiencing Beethoven's music for me. Your interpretation; the choice of a lesser-known sonata of his; the backstory of him composing it at a relatively early age . . . but it is nevertheless Beethoven we hear in this composition, not Mozart or Haydn! It's his characteristic power in the fast passages and a touch and depth in the slow passages that show an unexpected level of musical and emotional maturity for someone that age. This entire sonata is like a meditation, it's the kind of thing I think should be listened to from the beginning to the end without skipping, the movements fit together so well. Almost 16 minutes of otherworldly music!
