So many say "Vegans are too thin". Well, I say I'd much rather look thin and feel great than look plump and have all the health problems that I used to have.
Thin or lean? And thin compared to who? You're right. There's a big difference! Paul looks thinner on his face, but his physique per say is not that thin. So we're good )))
This diet resonate with me for sure, I have been doing it not 14 years but 3 months and I still feel great.. only thing I am wondering is to keep your muscles and not getting to skinny.. I guess that is about getting enough calories right and doing som strength training. I see many people on this diet are very skinny and I am not sure that is to healthy either long term but it might just be that people eat to little? Right now I am between 4000 - 5000 kcal on the 80/10/10 diet.. lots of food I must admit.. usually around 1 kg carbs per day.. but feel great lots of energy and went down 10 kilo approx in the first 2 month stabilized around 105 kilos so this kcal seems to be maintanence for me.
Carbohydrates are a clean burning and easy to digest. Carbohydrates from Whole foods are absolutely fine, its the ultra processed junk foods that have given Carbohydrates a bad name..😊

I chop my vegetables really fine add my herbs and spices onions garlic amino and lemon juice massage well leave to marinate lemon and amino helps to soften up vegetables easy to chew also digest well
We personally eat a high raw diet. We have a lot of videos about balancing your gut health, feel free to explore them. Raw kale isn't going to be the best food for you and your gut. Soft greens are much simpler, but you need to work on resolving gut issues at the same time though diet, gut restoring protocols and some probiotics. You can also blend your greens. We don't see anything wrong with lightly cooked veggies, if that helps you eat them.
@@Rawsomehealthy how to find what we need some of us have very skewed hunger signals so end up severely under eating when going from standard American to raw. Tracked the other day and I ate “intuitively” ended up eating 1000 calories cuz I “felt full”

Muscles will happen as a result of strength training!
