when you were able to get that he’s mocking the rappers at the bibidibabidi part even when you have wrong subtitles, that’s how you know you RM is getting the message delivered even with the language barrier and i think that is talent .
Anthony even caught the line "six bullets in my tongue" and "six shots got me feeling 2Pac" without subtitles, on first listen. I've noticed this before, but he has a really good ear and distinguishes sounds so well. Shows he has a good foundation as a rapper himself. If he wanted to, he'd be great at learning different languages too.
@@thanisha29 As someone who never listened to rap before BTS, I wouldn't have gotten that "bibidi babidi" was mocking other rappers - but when I read it in a comment and understood why the song was called Joke (when the visuals are anything but)... I was so impressed. And even more impressed by reactors who get it right away (then again, they tend to be rappers/love rap themselves, so I guess it's more obvious to them). I've been a BTS fan for about 16 months, and Joke was one of the last songs I listened to, just a few weeks ago (because the MV looked scary/depressing) but when I finally listened - again, I was blown away. The beat on this song is crazy good and the song as a whole has so much variety, liveliness (in contrast to the visuals) and such a satisfying rhythmic pay-off in the second-last verse, a couple seconds after 6:38. I normally gravitate far away from these elements - insane asylums, straitjackets, drugging 'patients', jails, rotting decay - but somehow BTS lifts everything they touch, I swear, haha. Even if they talk about or show the darkest things, they don't leave us in the dark. That's their effect anyway. I just love how they process and release anger and frustration so creatively, and brilliantly - in both concept and execution. And then they get on with life without holding grudges or trying to bring anyone down.

Writes and raps in 3 + laguages , is amazing lyrically, and has a big hand behind the formation and success of BTS He was the reason behind the group formation. He is very very imp . Behind the success, This is carrying many phrases, double triple meanings and rhymes both connecting eng and korean . You'll know more how he is a lyrical genius along the way. i also told him to check an mv with eng sub 😭💖
@@ysabelleann surely u did but he should do the lyrics video again to get what aur president said in the video
Has anyone recommended RM's All Force One performance? If not, here ya go! In 2015 RM participated in a rap show where he performed some of his solos, but then brought Suga and JHope out to be his hype men, and then they performed some of the cyphers as well. It's so good, very raw!

I was just about to suggest this 😂 love it 💜
This performance made me a hardcore rapline bias. With those outfits, shitty stage lighting, and raw performance energyyyyy oh maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan
Yessss🔥🔥🔥 next DO YOU BY RM
it's fun looking back at your older vids.. this song is a bloody masterpiece. try listening to it when you clean..
Please react to RM and WALE's rap collaboration: "CHANGE" as well as RM's older rap "DO YOU"...looking forward! :) more power to your channel! 💜💜💜

RM is an artist i respect alot and have followed specifically.
You gotta check his mixtape titled RM (joke is one of its tracks)
It was amazing and also his new one mono was incredible.
His collaborations with lil nas X (str) , Walle , Warren G, krizz kaliko, FOB , Honne and many korean artists
He is very very talented from childhood and was famous in ug hip hop seen.
Writes and raps in 3 + laguages , is amazing lyrically, and has a big hand behind the formation and success of BTS
He was the reason behind the group formation. He is very very imp . Behind the success,
This is carrying many phrases, double triple meanings and rhymes both connecting eng and korean . You'll know more how he is a lyrical genius along the way.
He is very good at lyrics like that.
He is known for his work in south korea music scene . Esp. In hip hop.
So abt Korean hiphop scene ... RM aka rap monster was active and famous in underground rap scene since 13 14 year old , he had a big fanbase then as well and they were upset when he became an idol ; he is called son by the biggest k hiphop artist tigerJk who he has collaborated with also RM calls him dad as well
His RM mixtape is on bts soundcloud and he is the only k hiphop artist to ever make to spins ww hiphop albums list that year and till now
His 2nd mixtape mono is a beautiful masterpiece recently released, you should check both out, as well as his collaborations
He has 173 track credits on his name and mono has 122 itunes 1 as first and only asian artist
He has outgrown his rap monster stage name but it was a part of his journey and changing it to RM was his decision because he thought the older name restricted his growth (to rap only) , we respect his decision, he is an amazing amazing artist!
He was dissing the rapper who was making fun of him cuz he was an underground rapper n then turned out as an idol and Namjoon is literally the best korean rapper
I love this song so much
Yesssssss finalllllyyyyyy 🥳 watched the reaction twice 🤣🙌🏻 thanks
