Check to see if the turbo inlet has the silencers . The f150s all have them. Took them out of my 2.7 f150 , and with the aem intake you get all the noises your looking for. But not sure if they added them in the bronco

Those fender flares don't look like they have enough coverage at their widest point to give much protection from small rocks and debris from nicking the doors and body panels behind them. Am I to assume that that hood scoop is for aerating and on rainy days washing the engine compartment?
If tire is rubbing on the crash bars they’re easy to remove. The Sasquatch package don’t even come with them. I had a big bend with 0 offset wheels running 35” tires and they didn’t rub ever once removing the crash bars. 2 bolts each. remove all 4
I know you said it's your wife's daily so prob not going to be trashed off-road but maybe spray some rubber bedliner on the fibreglass liners to avoid cracking
To settle the octane debate, it was indeed designed to run on premium. All ecoboosts were. But the PCM monitors timing and knock and models an octane adjust ratio. And it can safely run on lower octane fuels. But it certainly prefers higher octane levels. For both performance and economy. Not enough to financially justify it but it will get better mileage on 91/93. If you datalog a full tank of 87 and a full tank of 91/93 you'll see it living on knock retard substantially more often on 87. It'll be fine. But definitely run premium whenever you tow with it.

He doesn't need to ditch the crash bar to fit 35's the Sasquatch package comes factory with them and just a 2 inch lift which his eibachs adjust to... And with a 3" lift and those crash bars removed it'll easily fit 37s.
It would be good to have the inner fender lips rhino or raptor lined, the fiberglass is going to chip evenutally and you'll see it like a sore thumb with those big exposed wheel openings

FYI you have to use even more expensive 93 octane fuel to gain the additional power. Normal 91 octane premium won't suffice.
