I have the same 4 Wheeler and needs a top end but this bayou 220 are pretty much unstoppable cause they small and fit mostly every where and pretty torquie great video by the way Blessings 🙏🙏🙏
Think you forgot a washer on the primary clutch which might explain the slight noise. Also pretty sure thats a 250 not a 220 (its a 250 front bumper) otherwise very good series of videos, thanks!
My Bayou makes an annoying whirring sound since new and most if not all of them do. I think it has to do with the way the transmission and clutch gears were machine cut.
What were all the parts you ordered? What was wrong with it in the first place? I saw all ur videos but I didnt see where you mentioned the actual problem

Hey, I was just wondering if I could bring you my Kawasaki bayou 220 bc a few days ago I was riding it, and then i lost all compression, I knew the motor was gonna go out, but Idk if someone came lose or not, because when i rode it before it lost compression, it was still running and then once it completely stopped it died and wouldnt start back.

Plastic weld holds up very well, if you are worried about it, you can use fiberglass cloth with plastic weld, works fine.
I hate buying tires it looks good had one of these for several years at the farm for checking cows tell we got a sxs

check ya valve adjusters. mine was running and the exhaust valve adjuster came loose
What viscosity oil does the crank take?
Has anyone figured out why these bayou have a top end common rattle

I was so happy when you got all the ugly black off the rims and put them back to stock. And then you painted them black and my day was ruined
thinking thevsame here lol they looked a lot better after he striped them just to paint them again.
